    I believe we have the most players on IR but these are largely freak gameday injuries, our practice reports haven't been any worse than in previous years.

    I like KO but he is not yet a proven commodity at LT, Monroe is. I think Monroe gets another year to prove he can stay healthy.

    It is something to consider if he doesn't restructure, but don't forget some teams spend 10-20 years trying to find a QB like Flacco, we could very easily be that team... actually we were that team.

    Maybe if we still had Tyrod Taylor, personally I think Mallet is a non factor and is on his last NFL team.

  19. Harbaugh has faith in his guys even when they are UDFA types that are out of their depth. Thats a good and bad thing.

  20. I might be new here but I just can't get behind tanking games, not saying we are but a lot of people are saying we should. I think if you take the fight to win out of players then they give up on each other, that and draft position rarely changes teams fortunes, last I checked the Patriots are still in the playoffs and the Browns aren't.

      Literally no one on here has said to purposely lose games. People have said "I hope we lose" but I haven't seen 1 single person say that the team should make a conscious effort to lose.

    For what it's worth I think our current corps can be serviceable if our oline looks good next season.

  23. He doesn't have a major injury history, he had some knee problems in college but they cleared up. A few more weeks on the offseason will help him heal up.

    Yes and muscle maturity, muscular endurance, muscular strength etc... weight training isn't just for hypertrophy.

    Could we ever see preemptive knee surgery for football (or basketball) players, kind of similar to how high school baseball players have Tommy John surgery to strengthen the elbow joint? I don't know how practical it would be but in theory reinforcing the knee joint (while they redshirt) would prevent a lot of season derailing knee injuries.
