Well the entire line wasn't blocking him, what I'm saying is he doesn't look like he can anchor and play two gap. He's a 4-3 base end or 3 technique tackle.
That only happens if he wins with his initial move, if he gets stuffed he's out of the play. When he was asked to sit and control gaps against Bama he got pounded.
Lawson to me looks like a solid base end, a 6-8 sack guy. I'm not a fan of Nkemdiche, he has freak ability but he's a low effort type, I think he's a quitter once he's blocked.

He looked like a rotation body when he first got here but he's improved a lot an can be disruptive, he's still not stout enough to start he gets put on skates but then so does our entire line outside of Williams.

I like Urschel he alway looks in shape and flashed some dominant ability at the point, but every center at this can flash ability the question is can he do it consistently? he's also chasing is PHD this offseason too so his mind is not on the game.
Kevin Hart is at his best roasting people, his stand up is ok and quotable, his movies are awful.
Also I hated Revenant, it might be the best looking movie I've ever seen but Gleeson and especially Hardy have terrible accents and it's an average performance for Leo. I've seen him lose out on Oscars multiple times with better performances.
Most OLB's are converted ends with limited experience playing in space, with that said he is on the taller end but I wouldn't rule it out. However with sub packages and considering our current personnel and DL coach I could see us playing around with different fronts maybe a 4-3 under base.
I'm convinced Dodd will become the best pass rusher in this class. I think he has the best all round game and projects the best against NFL caliber tackles, especially with one or two offseasons in the weightroom.
Well the ideal LT is both powerful and agile and I only see one in this draft. The smaller more agile tackles don't always have great footwork, and if they don't work out on the left they don't have the same versatility to play inside or on the right like a mauler.
I'm a fan of short seasons ie True Detective and Luther, I think it makes for a much more memorable narrative without the filler. As long as the director can harness the "moment in time" and make it accessible then theres no reason it can't reach it's former levels of cultural saturation again.
The talent grade has a steep drop where we draft so if our guys aren't there then trading back for an additional 2nd would be worth it, we're essentially rebuilding so we could use more picks on the front end.

I think it's worth mentioning that the best guards in the league are converted undersized tackles, Yanda, Josh Sitton, Zach Martin, Joel Bitonio, Evan Mathis etc
I've heard Bama teaches their backs to rake the ball after the catch instead of turning and making a play in the air, not saying thats true just what I've heard. As for Jones, he's got a lot to work on with his technique and timing so I doubt he makes much impact in his first few years.

Ogletree is a first round draft pick and plays behind the best line in football, so while he's not a bust he still can't tackle and hasn't lived up to expectations. The class was a dumpster fire, we could have had Kawaan Short and Tyrann Mathieu... but hindsight being 20/20 and all that stuff.
