  1. Didnt that Patriots long snapper get a waiver last year?
  2. Ive heard the rumors about his work ethic but you never know with these things, its just a little odd considering how structured the collegiate level is for athletes.
  3. Thats a good point on the student thing, I think it bodes well for his upside if hes yet to commit to a real strength program.
  4. One downside to Stanley is hes not a weight room guy, I saw a video of him in a tshirt meeting fans and he looked like he's never worked out.
  5. From what Ive read Kaufusi was playing injured for most of his season at OLB. But he definitely cant play coverage at 285.
  6. I meant Ansah, thats who I think he should model his game based on his skillset. He ran a 2.87 at 285lb so he could go up or down 20 depending on where we intend to play him.
  7. I think he can be as good as Ezekiel Ansah, he isn't a true bend the edge guy either almost all his sack production is from inside moves and hand fighting.
  8. Jack was on our board, he was just dropped two rounds.
  9. I see 6 eventual starters, Stanley, Kaufusi, Young, Lewis, Henry and Dixon. I think Correa could struggle trying to translate his game, Young's role is probably a returner or deep threat decoy, Judon never makes the field and Reynolds, Canaday to the practice squad.
  10. I think this is where it begins and ends, I'm sick of hearing the same names with injury designations and on IR and I'm sure the front office is too. Hopefully this is a permanent thing.
  11. "Unnamed sources" There were so many smokescreens this year it rendered all the mocks useless, from now on I'm just listening to scout opinions instead of trying to project interest. Who the hell knew the Chargers wanted Bosa? and why did they bother hiding it?
  12. My only issue with him is he plays a bit out of control, when he's trying to win the edge he seems to lose the ball carrier.
  13. And more importantly he has no injury history. Jack can't even run drills or workout for teams.
  14. Reggie Ragland will be DRotY
  15. Don't forget durable, I did some quick research and only Kaufusi and Judon have missed games and only Judon would be classified as injury prone. This draft class is going to stay on the field.
  16. I agree. The reality is we all got carried away with our pet favorites, even I got caught up in the Tunsil hype when I was initially lukewarm on him. I mean you could find flaws in every forum flavour of the month pick that was "stolen" from us: Bosa - Slow on the edge and bending (we never had a shot at him anyway) Ramsey - Three career interceptions Tunsil - Injury prone, character flags Spence - Small school, drug history Jack - Ticking timebomb knee etc etc For my money the only cleanest playmakers in this draft were Elliot and Buckner, but neither was sexy enough for the fanbase because they weren't needs.
  17. I know it's a stunt but that kid has blistering movement skills for a big guy.
  18. Jason Smith 2.0 man I'm telling you.
  19. He's an ok prospect to me, he's has disruptive traits and good instincts I just wonder if he can set the edge against NFL tackles, or hold the point against NFL guards. My gut says he's going to be used on the edge but I think he's better putting on 20lb and moving inside.
  20. Tunsil's injury history knocks him down a notch too, I don't think we want a LT who can't play 16 or more games.
  21. He is a hybrid, I'm not sure where the team envisions him playing but I'm sure we'll figure it out.
  22. Late rounds picks are all luck, I think 5% see a second contract with the team that drafted them.
  23. Ouch lol It's a very difficult to find players who can excel at LT thats why it's a highly coveted position, they're playing in open space against very fast, powerful and agile defenders.
  24. He reminds me of ZaDarius Smith but he's hard to grade because the competition level is so poor.
