    Id say CJ is extremely solid and Zach had a rough showing against the Browns. Good and bad, maybe a few more games like the last one and i'll forget that Crowell TD.
  5. They did ok against the Titans but that vaunted defense has struggled so far, hopefully we can continue that trend. Sean Smith is ripe for a torching.

    I think the offense will pick up a bit now that Flacco is getting some of his rhythm back, but we still need to get the ground game going.

    I always envy these high powered, efficient systems. Its like they're playing a different game to us.
  10. As far as I know we never made an offer to Wis. Hes a beast though, hes no Yanda or Sitton but can play power or zone and all three interior spots. I thought he would be a no brainer this offseason but the FO still had faith in Zuttah I guess.

    Im keeping a close eye on Noah Spence and Ngakoue for comparison sake. Ngakoue probably has the edge right now but sample size is neglible. No immediate studs.

    He wasnt great in week 2, but he's done well considering that hes undrafted. I think hes probably going to fill the role until we upgrade.

    Ive never been as convinced by him or Pharoah as I am by Dixon. Hes an average player.

    ^ I agree, for me it always boils down to talent, when you have one or more completely overmatched lineman no amount of work ethic can make up the difference. We flanked Zuttah with the best guard combo in football last season and managed to make up for the year long firesale at LT.

    Correct, bigger corners are better suited to bigger receivers. The issue with Jimmy is hes not what he was, but age and injuries will do that to you. Hes still the best CB on the team hes just a few years removed from his best.

    Did we? we have no discernible ground game and barely beat the Browns. I'm not arguing for or against KO I'm saying our oline has been downgraded.
  23. Urschel was too concerned with his studies this offseason and it shows, thats not to say guys shouldn't have different pursuits but he's lost ground to people who live and breath this. Go be a professor.

    Stanley. Ramsey looks like he could be a stud but our team lives and dies by Flacco and he needs a clean pocket.

    Davis is a work in progress, right now I think he's on IR. As for Pierce, he's made me more confident that we can replace Williams if necessary.
