As bad as their record is, they aren't that bad of a team. They have been in every game, but don't have the killer instinct. The loss of Suggs really hurt!

They have heart, but lack the talent. Heart will only get you about 3-4 wins. I don't think he is on the hot seat, considering he hasn't lost the locker room.

I never would have thought we would have the worse record in the NFL. SMH
