  1. I agree, Kendrick isn't a starting safety at the very least. I feel that he just isn't liable in coverage, in fact he's a liability. We need a true coverage safety. I love Jalen Ramsey as a prospect, and if we don't upgrade at safety then he's my clear cut choice.

I've kind of cooled down on the idea of getting Weddle, don't get me wrong, I'd love to have him, just think we have too many needs right now. We need an Edge rusher, WR, and CB outside of FS. I feel strongly that Edge Rusher will be addressed via FA, the upcoming Draft is a weak edge rusher class, and Biscotti really wanted a pass rusher badly last season, and he was totally right on that outlook. WR gets addressed with a cut guy IMO or via Trade.

Good points. Who do you feel could be some key free agent edge rushers the Ravens might look at? If we take care of that in free agency and have our pick of Ramsey, VH3 or a top WR, we will be sitting pretty, especially if we manage to get a solid WR in free agency as well. We badly need a playmaker on defense and picking high in the draft could potentially land us one.

  2. Desean would be a definite asset. I agree with you DF. I'd say Jackson, Perriman, Givens, Ross, draft pick of a Boyd/Doctson, would be lethal. Mix in Forsett, Buck and draft pick would provide stimulus to the plamaking abilities. No doubt. Desean would also be amongst men and head coach that would have intel from the Eagles( his grass roots org).

That would be an excellent WR corps if Ozzie decided on an high octane offensive identity. With the way the defense is playing, I wouldn't mind that kind of identity to be honest. I would definitely be interested in DeSean if he we were released.

  3. perriman isnt another random guy, he is our first round pick who is injured and when healthy has all the tools to be a pro bowl WR. can he put it together? will he stay healthy when he returns? the jury is out on it, but you have literally already given up on him completely by saying he is just some random guy and isnt even good enough to be a #2 on this team.

jesus god almighty the overreactions are unreal.

did you also hype marlon brown for the past 3 years along with the rest of the folks who have already written off perriman as a bust?

Lol, but Marlontron and Kamar were the next household names! Oh and Campanaro was the next Welker! This is what happens when you're cheap on offense. Get Flacco some playmakers!!!

  4. I will party in the streets if we somehow get Weddle. We won't seeing as we've already invested in Lewis and Hill, but I'd still be ecstatic

Lewis needs to either be depth or be cut. He's not starting material. We NEED Weddle or someone like Jalen Ramsey. I'm a big fan of Will Hill though.

  5. I'd love to see Garcon as a Raven.  The guy is a competitor and would be good in the run game as well because he is a good blocker.  He has also played in the WCO under both Kyle Shanahan and Gruden.

Yup, he's had some solid seasons with Washington with some shaky QB play and had that monster season in '13 and he's only 29

  6. I just saw his contract details and I don't think he'll get cut this offseason since there's too much dead money involved this year. Garcon would be a decent addition though.

Yup, Pierre is definitely better than anyone we have at the moment so I would welcome him with open arms

  7. I think you make Sr the co-star, whether that means drafting another WR high or taking another veteran off the waiver wire in the offseason. Put less pressure on Sr's body and make sure he doesn't get whacked on every single play because he's the only guy worth throwing to. Spotrac's pegged Victor Cruz, Greg Jennings or Pierre Garcon as possible cap casualties, and while he's playing out of his mind this year you never know what's going on with Larry Fitzgerald this offseason.

Larry would be a dream come true. Fitz and Breshad on the outside with SSS in the slot. Sweet mother.

  8. 1. I doubt Chicago would give him up for less than a first.

    2. There's nothing to indicate that the Bears want to or should move him. I expect him to be a Bear for quite some time.

I agree, just dreaming for a bonafide young number one WR like I have been for years now.

  9. Even though we have nothing to play for this season, we still need to think about the future. I would send any other picks besides a first rounder over to Chicago for Alshon and make sure he signs a long term contract before he lands in Baltimore. Not going to happen, but if he can be had for cheap before he enters free agency, I would grab him in a heartbeat.

  10. It's basically what you're implying though. Since you think that we won't make the playoffs (which is probably true), we should just go forward with what we have on offense which is a huge mistake. Going into the season with Kamar as the number three before BP got hurt was a mistake. Kamar and Marlon will be the number one and two, respectively, when we play Jacksonville, and you're fine with that?

  11. I know we won but we still need to fire him. With the bye week, it's perfect timing to do so. The AFC is bad enough where if we make a change at DC, we could potentially make a run.

Agreed but it's not going to happen even though Rivers shredded us and our problems still persisted despite a bunch of offensive Chargers being out of the game. Harbaugh is way too loyal to his guys which is a gift and a curse.
