I agree with this, sadly.

Please tell us why you think Cam will be so good?

I'm sure Cillmatic will *hang* around until the boards close.
Should've used the money we gave to Brandon Williams to Ricky Wagner since we had Michael Pierce waiting in the wings. Another stupid decision by the front office and now it looks like we're all in on a mediocre RT who we'll pick at 16 or even sooner. I can't defend Ozzie anymore if this happens tonight.

We'll see, but his recent suspension is not good.

Well you have about a week left, so might as well let it all out tonight.
2 minutes ago, ravensnation5220 said:Hey if we think hes legit and theres no other real options why not.....what if he ends up being a pro bowler and gets our running game going in full throttle. Thatll look pretty smart then
Our running game going with who exactly? We have two average starters at RB.

I wouldn't worry about it. There's been so many reports lately about us doing this and that. DeCosta knows how to manipulate.
If we miss out on Corey, I'm cool with Zay or JuJu in the second.

It's always a crapshoot with Sami
Just now, Sami84 said:those were the only two recent picks i liked!
Interesting haha. Do you like Corey Davis?
I disliked the Stanley and Mosley picks immensely. Look how that turned out lol
Just now, Sami84 said:He is my matt elam/Perriman horror pick. At 16 this FO would be a laughing stock to pick him..ESP as he doesn't fill any actual need.
I'd be beyond pissed
I thought Peppers was going to slide to the second? We need to trade up before Indy to select Corey Davis. We need to go all in. Can't keep signing veteran bandaids. Surround Flacco with as many weapons as possible. Look at all the firepower in the North (with the exception of the Browns after they lost Pryor).
Edit - guess whoever neg'd me is perfectly content with our mediocre WR corps.

God I hope this isn't a smokescreen
Hope we at least trade up for Corey Davis if we think he'll go before our pick. He said he really liked his visit at the Castle.
Let Corey Davis slide to us! We'll regret not picking him!
Not sure if this has been said or not, but I'm curious as to what Corey Davis meant when he stated his visit to the Ravens "was different" as opposed to his other visits.

Who would you pick if both Williams and Corey Davis were on the board when it was our turn?
Just now, rossihunter2 said:the answer is in fact 7 + justin tucker twice, zach orr and morgan cox at least
Wow, a kicker and a long snapper. All hail Ozzie.
Just now, arnie_uk said:I hate siding with sami but this post is just hot air. Ozzie was by far and away the best gm up until probably the past 5 or 6 years. Other teams have caught up and probably exceeded him.
No team has a historic track record like the ravens.
Many teams have a better current track record than the ravens.
That's simple facts. Out recent drafts have been poor which is why we have been floundering since 3 potential future hall of hamers left.
The young talent hasnt been up to scratch and when it was we didn't have cap space to keep em
Don't bother Arnie. Ozzie is a god around here.

Whats the point of nice shiny toys if Flacco is getting pressure in his lap after 1 second and the RB's are getting hit 2 yds in the back field every play.
Perhaps Flacco could read a defense before the ball is snapped and get it out as quickly as possible, nullifying your statement. I've said before that we excel at grooming late round offensive linemen. And Terrance West had a pretty good YPC percentage despite a crappy offensive line last season.
Ozzie and company can try to "mimic" Dallas' offensive line all they want, but what's the point with average RB's in West and a suspended Dixon with Wallace (a one trick pony) being our best WR on the roster? I'm pounding the table for Mike Williams or Corey Davis. They're much more refined than Breshad. Get Flacco a freakin' reliable guy who's young!

Sure is, and I'm going to partake in that. Just hope the admins don't change their minds and I get banned 😄

I don't share that sentiment anymore. He's been losing my fandom for the last three years.
