It's sad watching the Steelers' big 3 shred defenses apart when they're healthy and we don't even have a big 1. It stings even more when you realize they are all home grown. We built our defense like the Steelers' over the years. Please start doing the same with the offense.

20 off-seasons and it's still an issue lol

Again! 🙄
Just now, usmccharles said:sport-trac has an estimated market value of 6mill if I remember correctly. With the cap going up another 10 mill and guys like Sanu getting 8 mill a year, I could see him getting 6
Well that sucks for whoever pays him that much
15 minutes ago, usmccharles said:I just worry how much hes going to get paid, makes me nervous
I really hope someone overpays him. I don't want him back

So you keep Marty, fine, but the fact that you didn't tolerate other candidates and hold interviews just baffles me. Not to mention that Harbaugh was "pleased" with the improvement the offense made in the final stretch? LOL wuht? What was impressive about games vs New England or Philadelphia? I would love to ask him what the hell happened in that awful, disgraceful performance vs Cincinnati.
Seriously, this could be something that gets him fired next season. If that's the case, my hope is that Sean Payton just holds out for another year in New Orleans and we could bring him here.
I'm with you. Marty will be another mid-season firing to save face, but Harbaugh can no longer run from his fate. He goes down with Marty now. I would welcome Payton in Baltimore with open arms.
I wonder who Harbaugh will be coaching in 2018.
I wouldn't overthink what Flacco and Pitta said. Jeff Z tweeted that they don't want to throw Marty under the bus. Hell, Dennis might not even be here himself next season.

Jeff Zrebiec (@jeffzrebiecsun) Flacco said as far as he's concerned, Ravens have no uncertainty at offensive coordinator. Didn't elaborate.
I saw that as well. He's probably just being respectful. Marty is as good as gone.

Madden 09 calling the offensive plays would be more logical though
Why hasn't Marty been fired yet
42 minutes ago, PurpleCity5 said:If Harbaugh is to get fired, I think what the Ravens are looking for in a Head Coach is someone of an offensive mind. Let the FO build through the defensive identity, unlike New Orleans they're very committed to building the defense, I think building the pass rush and CBs and then having Peyton here as an offensive genius would be insane. That said, my hope is that Harbaugh and the team bounced back because it would suck to have to find a HC.
Sean would be a dream come true either as HC or OC. He would do wonders for Flacco and the offense, but I think the Rams get him.
I heard McCoy was conservative. Is this true? I didn't pay much attention to San Diego this season.
2 minutes ago, usmccharles said:Are you sure about that?
I'm just saying that because everyone and their mom on here wants Britt but if Marshall becomes available, I hope we grab him.
I don't mind Harbaugh, but it's becoming increasingly obvious that he inherited an already great team when Ray Lewis and Ed Reed were here, and he hires awful coordinators and isn't an X's and O's guy. He's more of a motivator than anything. Is that what we need?
31 minutes ago, Ravenseconbeast said:Oh!...So that is passion...i swore Mark Sanchez sat like that soon after the buttfumble.
No buddy. 'Passion' folks are talking about is getting to work and getting guys to be involved to succeed.
That just looks like the end-result of a failed season and his expression shows it. Maybe he can show some 'passion' and get things turned around. How about that 'passion' Flacco forum?
Flacco did all he could to try and win at Heinz. Two dropped TD's from Pitta and Waller and it wouldn't have been close. The defense lost that game. You have to give respect where it's due, and I'm not even the biggest Flacco lover.

Excellent. Please bring back Gary!
1 hour ago, ellicottraven said:Well if he's resigning for health reasons and frustration with the locker room, I think Baltimore is a place where he could excel without too much pressure and have fun. He loved it here and made no bones about it either. So, if he does decide to leave the Broncos, the Ravens OC would be an ideal fit.
Sounds like a dream come true. He did what we wanted to accomplish with his dream job, so take it easier now and return to being a coordinator. I will welcome him back in a heartbeat.
Brandon Marshall > Britt
4 hours ago, Sizzlebshu said:Wallace shouldn't be brought back in all honesty and I doubt he will be. He hasn't played at nearly a high enough level to justify 5 mil. Further, we drafted Chris Moore to replace him so I think that's what we do there.
Lol... just lol. I'm speechless.

Thank you. Y'all can neg me all you want, but if you're cool with having mediocrity on this team, then that's your problem (not directed towards you, redrum52). Get Alshon.
28 minutes ago, redrum52 said:Better than Aiken, but not a Britt fan. I truly dont get the hype over him or Garcon.
Thank you. MAYBE Garçon would be a good fit, but Britt simply is not what we need.
37 minutes ago, Jonah DeVito said:Your statement based Britts potential impact solely off him only having 1 1000 yard season. So I simply stated that Garcon also only has 1, so that stat is irrelevant.
This is a losing battle. You're clearly not understanding what I'm saying here.
Wow, Davis fights for yards and can win the jump ball. He looks special.
