  1. Long time Ravens fan, but first time poster here. It's getting tougher and tougher to watch us play this season, but I'm still not convinced that we need to completely blow it up. Frankly, I'm surprised at how hard people are being on Joe considering the line in front of him and the options he has to work with at receiver and running back (I still think he's the 6th-7th best QB in the league, but I could be delusional). We obviously have numerous holes to address on both sides of the ball, but we've also been close in every game this season. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying there'll be some drastic turn around, but I think if we can draft well in 2016, we'll have a legitimate chance at being competitive again next season. For me, this team needs a difference maker on defense more than anything - a guy like Ed Reed or Ray Lewis who players can get behind. With Smith retiring, our 2nd round pick should be spent on a WR since there'll be plenty available at the end of the first round (if we trade up) or early in the second.
