I will tell you all what needs to be done in Baltimore so that the ravens can be successful for next year and years to come. First off restructure contracts on that team. Starting with your quarterback. Many great quarterbacks did that so that they could win more Superbowls and be successful. I feel as though Baltimore forgets that flacco is a good quarterback but is far from being an elite quarterback. He has yet to reach the likes of a Brady, Manning, Rogers, roethlisberger, Favre, shall I go on. Didn't think so. He does not process a leadership quality that rouses up a team and makes them want to do great like other quarterbacks do. He in my book seems selfish. We had tyrod taylor as a back up. If flacco did not want to take a 60 or 70 million dollar contract you still had a gem that you foolishly let go and now he is doing so well over in buffalo, even though people don't say anything about it, because they are stupid. Let's move on shall we. Release Dennis pitta, we have to call it what it is a lost. He is injury prone and done with in the NFL. Third make suggs cut his salary, he is injury prone too and as time goes by he gets older not younger. Fourth stop giving up talented wide receivers. Most teams keep their receivers that are talented for years and these receivers become greats that they can depend on. Like randy moss, Julio Jones, Calvin Johnson etc. This leads me to my fifth analysis of the ravens organization. Stop being cheap. Your luck has run out. You can't continue to let talent go and think you'll fine it in a draft year after year. That eventually will catch up with you and destroy a legacy that people have worked so hard to build around you. Most teams don't build up talent and then let them go to another team to make that team look great, they find ways to keep that talent and use it for many years to come. So they can help build up their organization. Something we haven't been able to do. Six, "STOP" picking up old talent from teams that throw away washed up players. They work well for you for one or two years or half a season and then they drop off the charts afterwards, leaving you looking for another player to quickly come in and fill that spot, which is impossible to do. Allow your rookie receivers to build chemistry with their quarterback. Start rebuilding now, and realize that it is going to take time before you can come back up. Flacco needs to become a leader and start making decisions while on the field that are smart and beneficial to his offensive line. They paid him all that money, let go of all that talent, now it's on his back to win games. Your either going to rebuild on offense so you can keep up with teams by scoring or your going to rebuild on defense so you can stop teams from scoring and have a sub-par offense who can put up at least twenty points and win games. The broncos are doing it and are undefeated, and so are the Panthers. So let's see what the ravens office will do now. It's just basic common sense moves that you have to make in order to be great in this league.
