There is no magic pill or no special smoke to make the truth and less hurtful. The Ravens S**k. Pure and Simple. So who is to blame? The Owner? Should he have stepped up and made the correct money trades and over ridden the GM or the Coach? Probably not. The the Head Coach? He surly does not have a tight grip on the team. I have never seen such a team with No discipline or any real skill. Lets look at the players. Should they be 100% to blame? Well you see the problem. You can almost blame anyone. My guess is that everyone is to blame. The Head Coach is where the buck stops. The Talent is sub par at best due to many reasons, the biggest is the salary issue. We all know what I am saying here. No need to drop the F bomb. Trestmen has no ingenuity and no creative plays. I have seen better plays on any other team we play. Dan Pee's is done. The secondary coach should be fired today. So we need a total over haul. I would make it 100% understood that if you come to coach in the ravens home. You will be expected to stay and not jump ship again and again and again. All the coaches stay here for a 1 or 2 year stint and leave. No stability here. Ask yourself why the Patriots are so successful? or Why the Steelers are always on the top? Why?? Simple. They have a plan and culture that carries them into every new season. We have a patch work of players and of coaches. Sad to say but they are horrible.
