I don't think it is who should be coach. I think it is how the coaches should coach that will improve things. Fundamentally, they are not playing good football as a team, and coaching is the reason. Penalties at any time are a problem, but at critical times is killer, as was the case yesterday. as was the case in all 4 loses. That's coaching, period. The answer is not to change the coach, he has already proven he is capable, the answer is for the coaches to go back and pound the fundamentals and the basics of football, because that is where the Ravens are failing. And they need to start holding players accountable. If the coaches won't go back and teach the fundamentals and the basics, then that will be the time to replace the coach. They are a capable staff, but he's lacking the leaders to overcome the lack of fundamentals, so the only answer is to fix the problem of poor fundamental football. Better coaching of the simple stuff.

Should we really be surprised at what is happening to our Ravens? Just look closely since John Harbaugh became head coach %u2013 there has been a lack of player discipline since day 1. Since 2008 we have had okay / mediocre regular seasons just barely making it into the playoffs most years, but the team has always had enough dynamic leaders & playmakers to win the games they had to win. Once we get to the playoffs, the Ravens always play lights out. Ask yourself, why is the team always so much better in the playoffs than the regular season? That type of inconsistently as a team is coaching - plain and simple. And it has been that way since 2008. The team lacks discipline and now they are missing the dynamic leaders of the past to overcome the discipline problems at critical times. I believe John Harbaugh is a good coach %u2013 but start holding your players accountable and you could become a great coach. And please stop acting surprised your team is 1-4. The Ravens are 1-4 because they are playing like a 1-4 team and deserve to be 1-4. It%u2019s simple, but sad to watch.
