I am so sick of seeing headline after headline about how this guy is now out or sidelined with some new injury. And I'm even more sick of Harbaugh talking about how hard he works and how frustrated he is. We are frustrated with him holding a roster spot hostage. IDC how good he is, what good is he if he is never on the field?

What gets me is the media has so much to say on social media but when they had the opportunity to ask the tough questions everybody wanted to play nice. I saw no indication that this team will be coached any differently next year than they were this year. What a shame to us as fans.

Been looking at a few mock drafts. So far most people have us either taking Stanely (OT), Alexander (CB), or Treadwill (WR) hmmmmmm not sure what to make of it. I don't think we should reach for a LT. We found gems like urchel, jensen and wagner in later rounds

Harbaugh kills me with these effort points. Football is based off of wins and loses, not effort. These guys are being paid millions of dollars...they should have effort smh.

Crockett is the second coming of Gronk. He just needs to own the ball when he's targeted for the game winning catch. Even if it's poorly thrown, I'd like to see him fight through it. Other than that he is a beast!! Boyle is impressive, and Maxx is ok just seems a little soft. Overall we have a tight end group to be VERY excited about going forward

My 5 thoughts 1. I'm still trying to figure out why Marlon Brown is still on this team and is getting snaps over Givens and Ross. 2. Money tied up in the often hurt and non effective players like Monroe, Webb and Smith. We award the wrong players big contracts and let the deserving ones go (i.e. Boldin) 3. At what point is Harbs gonna be held accountable for this team's porous play and lack of discipline? 4. Revert back to number one and insert Dean Pees name. 5. A top 5 draft pick should allow us to get a difference maker!

And as much as I'm trying to ride with Flacco...if this is his idea of rising up then maybe Ozzie needs to re-evaluate our franchise quarterback.

I am soooooo sick of Harbaugh's excuses at the press conference. Who gives a crap about not folding and moral victories?? This team can't win a dag on game to save their lives. Undisciplined, bad coached and not enough talent = 2015 Ravens. We can almost expect a game winning drive by the opponents offense or an interception by our offense in the final 2 minutes of every game. And for these professional players to say it was "hectic" at the end of the game just adds insult to injury.

The crap that Harbaugh continues to try to shove down our throats as to why we suck so bad at everything is becoming a bit much

@757RavensFan great question...how about it would at least give us a look at if our next DC is in house before next season starts and we find out the hard way. DUH!

1 takeaway from the game.....if we (the fans) don't see an announcement of coaching changes soon losing the season is going to be the least of their worries. Once you start losing fans it's hard to get them back smh

We really thought a special teams coach could lead this team after Ray and co. left??? I've never been a fan of Harbaugh. Everybody looked at me like I was crazy when I said he will destroy this team...now look. This is the team he wanted, soft and talentless. Oh and the fact that he still can't management a game from a time perspective is just icing on the cake. That last drive when the offense leisurely walked to the line and I was yelling at the screen for them to move it was a clear depiction of what a John Harbaugh team looks like. I'll wait patiently until a new regime that resembles RavenNation returns in the under armor building.

8th year and Flacco's play is still dictated by his coordinator. Kubiak finally got the back foot issue corrected last year, and this year he regresses right back. In his 8th year he should be running the show...HE'S NOT! I try my best to ride for Flacco but the sheer fact that he cannot elevate a no name offense yet concerns me. When Brady lost Moss and a handfull of other players, he created Gronk and made names for no names such as Edlemen. Rodgers lose players every year and makes no names look good. But yet all I keep hearing is how we need to surround Flacco with weapons. While I do agree, if you're being paid 120 million, you need to be able to adjust to the FO's not so smart conditions. And for the love of God stop with the stupid interceptions!!!

What an insult statement that "we have to stop playing around" fans don't spend their hard earned money to watch a defense play around just because they think they're gonna win the game. After such porous play idk how they even have confidence that they can win anything
