  1. One aspect it could help though is to keep crowd noise in better and be even louder than it is now. It might help Tucker as well, less swirling wind.
  2. After looking at the draft order, I thought, this is the only time you see a #1 next to Cleveland. Imagine being a Browns fan. Trying to take some of the sting out of this season.
  3. I completely agree with you BigU. Harbaugh is a great coach from Monday to Saturday, but he is awful come Sunday. The coaches cost us a playoff birth this year. I was always blaming our OC for the poor play calling, but have come to the conclusion this year it has to be Harbaugh. We have had at least 8 OC's since he has been here, and not much has changed with the offense, I think it is on Harbaugh, he is too controlling and won't let the OC's do what they want. How many weeks do we hear "we have to run the ball more" from him, yet the following week, it's the same old, same old. We need to clean house and get a new coaching staff, they blew way too many games over the years because of their lack of ability to make in-game adjustments. Our record right now should be 11-4, but our coaching staff blew 3 games this year. Time for a change, we have too much talent to miss the playoffs 3 out of 4 years, especially this year.
  4. Exactly KidNme. I still can't believe they made that call. Of all the dumb decisions the coaching staff has made this year, that has to be the dumbest. Our coaching staff almost cost us another game.
  5. It's not an excuse, it's a search for an explanation on a ball that had no chance of being anything other than an interception. And if you were to think honestly and look back at history, you'd have to acknowledge that this not a typical Joe Flacco type of interception. He'll throw interceptions where a route got jumped, or he'll have an over/under/behind/in-front of off-target throw, right? But this throw was none of those things. It was just completely targeted to a spot where no receiver was running a route to. These are typically what we call "miscommunications" so that's the most obvious explanation, right? If you re-watch the play, you can see how if Waller ran a horizontal cut on that route instead of diagonal, then the throw actually starts to make sense. So, that's *a possibility* for what happened on that play. Rather than just calling it an "underachieving QB" why don't you watch the play and come back at me and explain how there is no possibility that this was anyone's fault but Flacco's, for X/Y/Z reason(s)? I'd love an actual discussion, rather than dismissal with no actual argument. I think that's fair. flacco has reached his peak in bmore. he is below avg. until proven otherwise. he had a great 4 game run and that is all. receivers are weak as well How many QB's has had as many OC's that Flacco has had in his career? Name one true number 1 WR he has had to throw to? That INT today should have never happened, should have run the ball three times and kicked a FG if they didn't score. One of the dumbest play calls all year. We were up 10 with a little over 6 minutes remaining. Run the damn ball!
  6. You can try and blame the players Harbaugh, but this game is on you once again. Not kicking the FG and the clock management was awful. Why do we run it up the middle every time we have 1st and goal inside the 5? It never works, at least spread them out and make it look like we might pass the ball. Then after running the same play 3x with no gain, we try for a fourth time instead of taking the points. Stupid. Why did we re-sign Tucker?
  7. That was the worst game management I have ever seen from a Ravens team. Mark my words, Harbaugh will be gone after this year, unless we go to the Super Bowl (somehow). How many games has he cost us over the years because his ego gets in the way of making smart decisions?? How in the world did we allow the Giants to get the ball back after our last score with over 2 minutes left and ALL their TO's? They should have had to burn at least two of them and have less than a minute left in game. Terrible coaching.
  8. Exactly! We are still so predictable on offense, it's pathetic. The fact that Flacco threw 52 passes against the worst secondary in football and still didn't crack 300 yards says it all.
  9. I wish our offense could be this creative. Why are we always so predictable, no matter who is the OC.
  10. Azzi22, I agree with you, I think it might be those three kept, Buck, West, and Dixon. I hear TWest has been a beast.
  11. For everyone putting S. Diggs in the HOF and completely writing off Perriman, why don't we wait at least one or two seasons. Diggs has only played TWO games so far. Perriman might end up being a bust, but at least give him a chance to prove himself, I'm sure he's not happy being hurt. The problem I have is that the Ravens didn't have a plan B, just in case Perriman didn't end up being Julio Jones his Rookie year. He could end up being the best WR in Raven's history, he just turned 22 last month, R-E-L-A-X.
  12. I really can't believe people are bashing Flacco. Do you watch the games? We must have the worst WR's in the league. Joe has NEVER had a real #1 WR. Where is our J. Jones, Antonio Brown, A.J. Green, D. Thomas, O. Beckham, R. Cobb...?? Imagine if he was able to have a true #1 reliable receiver. The Ravens must be in the top 5 in dropped passes over the last three years, probably first. I love SSS, but he has dropped 3 TD passes, one would have won the Denver game. He is the closest we have to a #1 and he's almost 37 years old and is 5' 8". Come on Ravens get a REAL #1 Please! Look at what Joe did when he had at least 2 receivers he could rely on, he won the Super Bowl. Please stop the Joe bashing, our defense is giving up 27 Points a game!
