  1. Good:

    - Defense is playing at a high level.

    - Regardless of the results, we ran the ball 34 times!!!

    - Suggs looked good last night getting after the QB.

    - No huddle offense looked nice. Might need to incorporate that a bit more. Get some rhythm going.

    - SSS antics, the mannequin stuff, Suggs... We are getting some swag back slowly but surely.

    - Back atop the division!!

    Not so good:

    - First half offense. Dreadful.

    - Joe's mind numbing interceptions. Rookie stuff.

    - Red zone offense. Can't seem to find a way to punch that ball in.

    - Injuries to the offensive line.

    - Penalties are still hurting us.

Man you guys are freakin hilarious. 1 win over the Steelers when Roethlisberger was playing with one good leg and all of the sudden we are playing like SB winners. We get a win tonight against the winless Browns - WooooHoooo. Our final record is still going to be 6-10.

You're on the money with your predictions lately. You predicting we go 1-6 to finish the season is probably a good thing.

They have drafted safeties... Elam and Brooks didn't pan out. Elam still has a chance here but he has limited time to impress us. Would be nice if he does so we can move Weddle to FS and cut Webb for cap savings or have him be our #3. I still like Kendrick Lewis his injury was unfortunate but he is talented and a smart player.

Right. But it's a position that still needs to be addressed regardless if Elam and Brooks didn't develop as expected. Weddle will be 32 next season, and Jimmy will be 29. Both are still playing at high levels, but are key positions that we need to start developing young players to take over soon.

Webb, Lewis, Wright, Dumervil, and Arrington all need to move on.

Some people need to go be fans of the browns

It really all depends on what the fan base is use to. Browns fans are use to being awful. Ravens fans have higher expectations.. Higher standards. I live in NE... If the Pats dropped 2 in a row, the roof would cave in. The fans get stressed when they win by single digits.

indeed.Lets see how this season plays out and i think everyone here will eventually feel how i feel about flacco soon enough. plenty already do.

Right. Plenty do. I'm the first to admit he's been pretty subpar the last 1.5 seasons. But I also know he's not going anywhere for quite some time. So it's up to the coaches and Ozzie to put Flacco and this team in the best position to succeed. That means the right players on offense and defense.

  6. Thoughts...

    1. Defense is top notch. We desperately need to get to the QB more though. Ben had way too much time on a majority of his throws... Just sitting back there scanning the field. That puts way too much pressure on our corners.

    2. Even though are run game was pretty awful, I'm happy we stuck with it. Don't care how productive it is, just keep handing it off. Be consistent.

    3. Red Zone offense still needs work. Left too many points on the field in the first quarter.

    4. Too many penalties. Rough first game back for Stanley. But regardless, happy to have the o-line all healthy and working together.

    5. I called fo T.Young to get the start early in the season after Wright was getting torched. Glad it's finally happening. He's small, but he plays big. He has energy and speed... Things we need.
