We dont need to add another QB. We got enough money invested in Flacco. We dont need a RB. And please dont draft a WR. We need shut down corners and safeties in the draft. Flacco needs an Offensive Line. Ronald Leary could be available from the Cowboys. We can get a WR in free agency. On Defense, i like Jamie Collins from the Browns if he's available. I just hope when the draft starts, the front office goes after what we need instead of falling back to get more picks. We need impact players, not complementary players.

I truly have a ton of respect for this owner. Some owners would try to dodge the tough questions, or try to be politically correct, but he did not dodge one single question, and he honestly expressed how he felt. I was like "WoW".

I would like to see upgrades on the coaching staff, including the coach! I would also like the front office to get an upgrade. Everything is going downhill: Defense is terrible, Offense is terrible, Coaching is terrible. This ship is sinking, its time to abandon ship and get a new boat..

I have one word to describe our coaching staff: CLUELESS

We havent replaced Boldin, Torrey, or Jacoby! So how do you replace a future HOF in SSS? Our drafting of WRs haven't worked out. And with the coaching staff we have in place, its not gonna get any better. I rather get proven WRs in free agency than draft another WR

This was basically his rookie season. He has the potential, i hope he learns from the mistakes and get better during the offseason. The drops and the route running should be his focal points..

After the heartbreaking loss to the Pats and the Steelers, i knew he wasnt coming back! The team has struggled all year. I think the final straw is when he got frustrated at practice, throwing down his helmet and sitting. The Ravens supposed to be a championship contender every year, but out of the 3 years he been here, we've been once. I dont blame him for calling it quits. Of course he could've sign somewhere else, but he retired wearing a Ravens uniform. My fav player in the last 12 seasons. Congrats on SSS retirement.

The Good: I got to watch SSS final game in a Raven uniform. The Bad: I got to watch the other players in a Raven uniform. The Ugly: I got to watch the players in Ravens uniform play with no heart, no emotion, nothing!

I wish he was here when we had Boldin, Torrey, and Jacoby. I miss them all, now add Steve to the list!

Flacco sucks

I like Marvin Lewis as DC. I hope we can get him. His defense always plays tough against us. Not to mention he is an AFC North coach. Lets use that to our advantage...

All the games we played this season, we beat ourselves. Plain & simple! On offense, too many holding penalties, too many dropped passes, Flacco supposed to be "Cool Joe", but at times make terrible decisions with the football that leads to a turnover or a bad sack when in fg range. Our WRs consistently cant get open. too many 3 & outs. On defense, too many offside and pass interference penalties! Guys missing their assignments, tackling has been terrible, no pass rush at all, these guys played scared. Cant get off the field on 3rd down.. Let me be honest: This is not Ravens football. The offensive and defensive schemes doesnt fit our personnel. We got weapons on offense, but the play calling is terrible. We got speed at WR and 2 good running backs, big physical tight ends, but we always go 3&out, pathetic! On defense we got depth up front, but our LBs, safeties, and corners are not physical or fast. The " bend but dont break" scheme is not fit for Ravens football. We suppose to be an attacking physical D, not one that sits back and watch the other team march right down the field with ease. Our team just dont have the confidence to win games, or to put teams away. Teams are not scared of us because we play scared, dont believe me, just look at all the close games we' ve been in the last 2 seasons! Its time to clean house so we can take back what was stolen from us, the AFC North crown.
