  1. True, but we had 10 days to get ready for McCown on our home field, and blew a 21-9 lead. The NFL is brutal.
  2. 2007
  3. Bingo right there. Lost to Jags after a BYE, lost to the Browns after a mini-BYE, both at home. Face it, we're a bottom 5 team this year.
  4. We might be the best 2-6 team in the league. With 5 home games to go, we should win 3 of 'em. 5-11 isn't that bad, we'll finish ahead of the Browns even though they'll sweep us.
  5. Chargers 16 Ravens 6
  6. Mr Ravensfan, like I said, I was there going to college. I just googled this, here's a link. Like most relocation stuff, it's complicated. Hey, I'm a Ravens fan, but you have to take the blinders off, Modell was no saint.... https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gateway_Sports_and_Entertainment_Complex
  7. That's not how it went down. I was in Cleveland, going to college there at the time. Cleveland was pouring money into Cle Stadium, and eventually put to the voters a proposal on a public funded sports complex (Gateway). The City was all for modernizing it's sports facilities.. It passed in 1990 but Modell didn't want any part of it, he balked and the rest is history.
  8. The Browns lead the AFC North with 5 games to go last season, they ain't bad at all. If their defense gets its act together, they catch Cincy
  9. Lol....10 days to prepare for the Browns, and a home game. I saw a lot of talk about being 3-3 after lowly Cle & SF. I said a few weeks ago the Browns aren't that bad. If it weren't for Tomlin thinking Mike Vick was 24 not 37, we'd be 0-5.
  10. Hoyer is gone, and they will have 10 days to get ready for the Browns. Lose that game, 0-16 is possible.
  11. It was actually a 4 horse race. The Browns led the Noth with 5 games to go. Ravens 9 Steelers 7
  12. Cincy will totally destroy us, their defense is good. I'm thinking around the lines of 27-10.
  13. Probably going to be 1-9 or 2-8 after 10. We will have 10 days to get ready for the Browns (probable win there), and should beat Jax. It's over folks. John can join Jim in Michigan.
