I REALLY hope Judon makes this team.Â
I liked him and hate to say it but he is a big straight linish dude that seriously struggles to change direction once he is moving. His game strength is not what his frame suggests. And nfl tackles will ride him wide of the qb all day. His inside moves will be useless on nfl tackles. Â He may make the practice squad. When it comes to defensive ends the ravens really missed the boat with Spence. Actually should of traded up for Hunter in previous draft. I'm not a fan of him or ochi. When is last time a round6 pick or undrafted player posted double digit sacks as an edge rusher??Â
Hard not to be excited for our 2016 draft class. Call me optimistic, but I think each rookie could be a starter in the NFL with the exception of Moore (solid deep threat but needs a lot of work). Also, Maurice Canady's demeanor is compelling. He looks up to Sherman.. let's see if that chip on his shoulder can take him to the top.Â
Chris moore is actually a sudden fast route runner
Please Ozzie do not draft an Alabama Player. Especially Henry
Have to agree, nobody from bama at #6 is going to be a game changing upgrade. At least not like players from some other schools and positions. Bama players may be more dynamic recruits. But the chances that the bpa comes from bama is marginal. College players are still growing into their frames. Bama players may of been more touted recruits but the odds one of these players grew into the bpa is kinda unlikely. There are are dozens upon dozens of other schools with growing athletes to pick fro...
Kelechi Osemele the most overpowering OLine player in the NFL
now he has all of training camp!! lol And I will bet money he is the center next year. Urschel and Jensen are 2 of the ravens best picks lately and reason I do not want completely to see Ozzie fired. Harbs places huge stock into a dominating offensive line as well. Next to QB I would pick OLine for ravens to be best in the league at. Jensen could be a top5 center as well. Very strong players. As good as many round1 guards like zeitler Cooper sua filo. Urschel will be a top5 center. I...

Out of the game for Tunsil so.... Changed the left tackle to KO. The more I watch him the more I see a pro bowl left tackle skillset!! He is far leaner and lighter on his wheels than as a rookie. And ravens are better than fine with strong athletic maulers Jensen at guard and Urschel at center. Now round one can focus on receiver or edge rusher. Preferably receiver. Ravens offense will be prolific and balanced.
What the heck are we going to do about our TEs? We've got 4 that I don't want to cut. Pitta will be 100% again (or as close to 100% as he's going to get at this point), Crockett has showed a ton and then some to deserve his job, Maxx flashed toward the end of the season plus he was a high pick, and Boyle was doing better than Maxx until his injury. What are we going to do? Take up 4 spots?
Pitta is the obvious cut. Maxx and Gilmore are the guys. Boyle may not be the same player after getting caught with the horseysauce. On the other hand.... Maxx on juice to build quick twitch lean muscle for burst and explosion in a hurry. To go with his smooth savvy routes!! lol there would be no conversation to compare Boyle and Maxx. Maxx would be the best TE in the league.
Khalil Mack named All-Pro at two positions, he was my (and a lot of peoples') favorite player in that draft, I wasn't a trade up advocate but man if we could do it over I don't think it would have been a bad move to move up 10 spots

That is why you trade up in the draft!! Players like Mack can not be replaced. The role players you are likely getting with those picks can be replaced. If Mingo bulked up to 255 lbs and played under Harbs on a winning team in a winning motivated environment with a stronger ravens style work ethic he could be a terror!!
am i the only one that wants to see Daniel Brown more? Kid can play.
lol and for every Rod Smith there is 199 Marlon browns!! Did not say he is terrible. Just said he hasn't shown enough to count on him stepping up. In case you haven't noticed the ravens were missing playmakers because of waiting for somebody to step up. Just saying can't go into next year counting on him. He could be a #2 receiver but hasn't displayed that kind of confidence like Rod Smith. Remember 2 round one receivers were cut to play Rod( one of my favorites ever)...
Our depth at WR is going to make training camp interesting next year. Aiken & Marlon Brown are RFA so they will be back. Daniel Brown, Jeremy Butler and Chris Matthews are ERFAs. Givens being the only UFA WR. Plus Clay is a ERFA so for another two years we get a low costing yet great returner.
Even SS and Aiken is just potential. SS is 37 returning from Achilles. And no guarantee Aiken will repeat. Every fan always assume every player will repeat and play better every year. Aiken will not catch anybody off guard again. He is not real good at separating or explosive at all. Not saying he won't repeat but it is not like his skills scream escalating player. Like Campamaro if he could play in every game his skills yell out loud.
Anyone have thoughts on Peyton Manning being linked to HGH and using it during his recovery in 2011?
Of course he is not going to regain all of his velocity after that injury. But without hgh he would never have played again. I agree the story should never have surfaced because the dude needed hgh for healing purposes so he could play again. It is not cheating!! When a player has surgery to repair an injury and the surgery wasn't available 40 yrs ago, is it called cheating because the players 40 yrs ago did not have the surgery?? HGH has very little effect on muscle growth unless...

Yep, I would bet he used them. No pun intended because he used them for healing and regrowing cells. If not for hgh he would not have returned from that particular injury. I said that long ago. HGH is more effective for maintaining and increasing throwing velocity than steroids as a player gets older. How do you think Brady had a stronger arm at 37-38 than 23-24. He didn't throw that hard coming out of college!! QBs playing til 40 will become the new norm.
