  1. Dude, you are off the reservation on this one. Burbridge is going to be out of his league in the nfl, like totally!! You definitely know your stuff better than i do on profiling all rookies. But you totally for sure need to slow down on this one dude. Burbridge is not nearly the athlete of Mitchell and Robinson. He is going to need toll money to get open in the nfl. But nfl dbacks are going to bully him and steal his toll money. Listenbee is very very raw. Just wait and see, Demarcus Robinson is one of those guys that will get open on sheer explosion, twitch and suddenness. He is similar to Diggs in raw twitch and wr skills. Mitchell is a very good athlete as well. He waited on throws in college cuz of a bad qb. Brady will hit him in stride and allow him to play fast. He can play far faster than he showed in college. He showed it at times but the qb couldn't find him. These guys are going to make a dramatic entrance as rookies. If I'm right it is going totally suck ravens didn't get them
  2. I do not like Waller as a TE or WR. He is terrible!! Give his reps to Chris moore.
  3. I'm cautious as well. But when you hear so much about a player from different people he must be pretty athletic and strong. Then there are numerous articles. Coaches will not say much til the pads are on. Even then may keep quiet if he is that good
  4. Like I just stated ravens trainers talk to trainers he knows and those trainers talk to friends and trainers. Word gets around and sometimes it gets a little overstated. However when so much gets around about one player it must mean he is pretty awesome. Although word about him has been a heavy topic I was a little surprised at articles blurting out he is already better than jernigan. As for his technique sami, it is ota's and nobody has said anything about his technique. Not that I'm aware of anyways. And techniques comes with practice and experience. What determines the player is the raw skill behind that technique. Many players come out of the box with top shelf technique but are not impact players much less top10 at their position. Derrick Morgan and Jarrett Johnson have good technique but solid players at best. As for seeing ravens players, hang out in federal hill, canton and fells point. Running into them becomes normal.
  5. In would liked to found the first article. Funny thing. I have heard info around the gym handed down about how explosive and awesome of a specimen like he is far better this year but Henry is better than him and its not even close!! And rumors downright crazy things like his explosion may even be superior to Aaron Donald. And he was injured at the combine and was running 4.8 range leading up it at over 300 lbs. He was one of my favorite players in the draft. And I felt like with cutting up and shedding a little bad weight and tacking Some muscle that he could be there witb Atkins short and cox. But no idea he is that strong athletic and explosive already. If here say bout his athleticism is true. But I'm surprised by those articles. Did not think anybody would print he is better than jernigan
  6. Why is it fine to say Campanaro should not make the team but people get angry when fans yell out to cut Perriman. At least Campanaro can get through training camp.
  7. I have nothing against him. But it is time for a different plan at WR. I do believe he was a reach but you know as well as anybody I rooted for him to be a legit #1. I'm not to crazy about the ravens previous 4 drafts. Couple players I like but overall do not like them. This draft I really like. And if ravens contend it will be cuz of this draft. I wanted Rashard Robinson!!! I really believe he is going to be the best in this draft and one of the best in the nfl. When I say 5-11 it just means any way you cut the deck it is a bad hand. I never really completely trusted perriman to play this year. It is the engine behind my clamoring the ravens should of drafted Malcolm Mitchell and Demarcus Robinson in round4. I really believe them to be top50 talents available in round4. As i think Chris Moore is as well. So ravens could finally nip this receiver thing for Sure and be done with it!! All those guys have the skills to be #1 WRs. And the best WRs will get the reps. To be honest I like Chris Moore as much or better than perriman. Maybe now ravens could trade a round6 for Marqise. Still very talented but little nagging injuries he fell behind talented receivers. I do not really trust Wallace at 30 and always being one trick. And SS is 37 coming off achilles. I would not count on Aiken repeating. I like Chris Moore and Maxx to be major players and Campanaro if he can avoid nagging injuries. Irritates me even more now ravens did not snag at least 2 WRs in round4!! As for Perriman he is getting flack cuz many peeps think he was a reach to begin with. I remember on here nobody really cared for him leading up to the draft. So naturally when he did not work out a lot of people are venting their frustrations.
  8. Bottom line 5-11
  9. Nobody is blaming him. Most peeps are upset because he was a need reach to begin with. Ozzie Decosta ignored the position in the best wr draft ever knowing Torrey was going to be a free agent and leave the team hoping undrafted players would step up and counting on an aging WR to not fall off.
  10. What happened to the conversation about star players 24-29??
  11. Well the recent news about Perriman means ravens once again need young legit WRs. Unless Chris Moore and Campanaro take the league by tornado which if injury free I believe can and should. Moore and Campanaro are The most skilled on the roster that can consistently get open. I'm not putting stock in the undrafted ones on the roster. NEWAYS that is the reason I liked the idea of scrapping Alex Lewis trading back into round4 for Malcolm Mitchell or Demarcus Robinson. Ravens have been to terrible at drafting and maturing a legit #1 WR. And I preferred to grab 3 or at least 2 complete WRs that are potentially #1's. Reynolds is only a slot hopeful. I'm talking Chris moore, Malcolm Mitchell and Demarcus Robinson that can win on all levels and mature into #1 WRs. Chris Moore and Mitchell were underrated and Robinson is a top shelf talent that was a little dramatic in his early college yrs. Not having legit playmakers has costed at least one championship trophy. And ravens have been there to long to Not of produced legit playmakers. It is ridiculous. And I favored drafting several round1-2 talents in round 4 as potential steals. And the most productive and explosive of the young trio will start.
  12. He did not compete at the combine cuz of injury.
  13. Seriously?? You just mentioned A group of undrafted unproven wrs. How did it work out last year??
  14. Not saying you should leave baltimore like you said about welkers wife. Sure you can disagree.
  15. As good as Williams played at the end of last year he is in better shape this year. Last year He showed up at minicamp in terrible shape with terrible work and eating habits. He is leaner and put on a lot of muscle and his work and eating habits are far better. I would like to see him cut an extra 8-10 lbs of excess fat to play at peak speed. But he should already be asignificantly faster this year. And a very functional blocker. He looks to of grown a little as well cuz he was barely 20 yrs old. He looks about 6'5 258. Ben Watson and how serious he is about his training nutrition and keeping lean for optimal speed will have an impact on max. Cutting to about 250 would be is best game weight for speed and functional power to block. I'm sure his 40 time is sub 4.7 now to go with his silky smooth routes and ball skills. Max and Ben Watson will be a very potent tandem that can catch, block and have legit sub 4.7 speed to get open in seams. There is only one gronk. But max has skills to be a top 5 TE. And Watson is a top10 TE with wr speed and a functional blocker like an extra lineman when he blocks. Gilmore is big and an elite blocker with good hands and routes but he is not the receiver that Watson is. Watson has the athleticism of a big wr.
  16. Where did you find it and what exactly did it say. I have heard rumors that as good as Jernigan looks this season that coaches and trainers are more impressed with Henry. And some are out right shocked at the display of power and athleticism. Funny thing is he has become a gym warrior as recently as a year ago. So he is going to get so much better. Especially in ravens training and nutrition programs
  17. Yes thank you dude. Roided can mean plain jacked. I have heard rumors and have my own opinions on them but I wouldn't say I know for sure. Unless there were proof as opposed to evidence. Like a suspension or somebody saying it openly
  18. Probably just tensed up muscles, ligaments joints and tendons from all the work this offseason. Just needs some rest. He will be fine. Let's hope Chris Moore gets in his hip pocket. He expressed wants to work harder and get more flexible and smoother. Would be totally cool if Perriman Campanaro and Chris Moore win starting jobs and routinely beat coverage on all levels.
  19. You beat me to it dude. When I suggested he would serve himself to cut 16-20 lbs of excess bad weight I neglected to mention most of his bad weight is in his core. For taller players that could lead to chronic back probs. Especially defensive ends and their drills. He would serve himself doing a fast hcg diet program. Because of his fat distribution pattern he will not lose muscle for at least the first 12 lbs. Then he should lose the last 6-8lbs at a slower more careful rate so that he will not cut into his functional muscle. Then complete his little defensive end body transformation by tacking on 10-13lbs of functional muscle. He will arrive at a leaner faster more explosive and flexible yet stronger 280lbs. Once he cuts his gut he will be more flexible as well as more explosive because of better and more symmetrical weight distribution. Everything will improve!! He would play at 4.75 or even faster!! Carrying all your bad weight in the core slows you down more as opposed to fat evenly distributed. His vertical and broad jumps would considerably improve which means superior lower body explosion and flexibility. And his 3cone would compare to jj watts maybe better. Kufusi if he tweaks his body is a legit candidate for steal of the draft!! He will be as good or better than Jared Allen and Cameron jordan. He bends already very well for 285 lbs. Once he tweaked his body he would totally be a freak. He and Henry would like totally dominate as rookies and compete for biggest draft steals. Then I'm rooting for Chris Moore to be the biggest steal on offense!! He is much faster in his breaks and short areas than anybody thinks.Combine that with his speed and ball skills and he has what it takes to be a legit top end complete #2 WR.
  20. Is that you dude??
  21. Ravens should hire him as a full time coach. Welker would help the WRs Joe Cool and the offense. Here is a guy that did it in games and can teach it. He understands the art of the position as well as chemistry between qb and wr for a potent offense.
  22. Dude people have a right to their opinions. Can't lock somebody out of Baltimore for having an opinion or statement about somebody. The teams were rivals that year. Welker has a lot to teach about offense, route concepts and timing. He worked with the 2 most cerebral qbs ever. In very complex record breaking offenses. He is an intelligent guy and could even be a great coordinator eventually. If he were 6'1 with the speed and athleticism of Chad Johnson then think how great Welker could be. He would have a couple 2000 yard seasons.
  23. Example whý I would of traded Dumervil last season at trade line when it should of been obvious ravens were not contenders. Dumervils value was still bank coming off a 17 sack run. And a team may of sprung for a round3 and some change.Dumervil may have one double digit run left but I would prefer to traded him to a contender for a draft pick to find the next Dumervil.
  24. Duuuuuude stop!! lol the idea is the ravens to not have many major needs next draft. After this class knocks it out!! Reason I would of traded next yrs #1 pick for several mid round picks this draft and add several more pro bowl caliber talents in a deep rounds2-4.
  25. His legs are strong enough. His upper bod is very strong and he has really good movement skills. He is already charged up out of the box. But I maintain Ron Stanley is more technically sound and has the brighter potential. This is a very interesting thread. Would be cool to see some participation. This is everybody's opportunity. Who did you like best at all the ravens picks. I get it. This is the best draft in a while. But everybody has their tweaks and ideas. I took it further and traded next yrs round1 pick to load up the roster with talent for a championship run this season. A change I could make is find a way to add correa. If ravens run a 4-3 I do believe he is going to make for an awesome strong side 3down LB whose blitzing will seriously stress opponents.
