  1. Good one dude!! I always felt like he would return to pro bowl version. Not sure it was injury or he was not feeling the scheme and was unmotivated or what but he looked good!! Now only if Ravens had a fire breathing rush olb!! Somebody that was an emotional leader as well. Somebody like say Chandler Jones!! So far I hear other than Bosa the edge rushers in this draft is uninspiring. But a fire breathing emotional edge rusher would be a nice compliment to Mosley!!
  2. Maybe, I will say this about Gilmore. He got much stronger and more muscular since last year. Not only, while really not a true seam threat, he is a little faster than last year as well as a result of gaining the proper kind of functional muscle and losing a little speed draining fat. If Max can do the same thing defenses better look out. Because Maxx is silky smooth with crafty routes and good hands. If Maxx adds 20 lbs of muscle and loses 20 lbs of fat his play speed, explosion and athleticism would equal 4.55-4.60 40,36" vertical, 10' broad and sub 7 3 cone to parallel his crafty smooth routes. Defenses would have to respect him like a #1 receiver!! In the mold of Tony Gonzalez and Tyler eifert. More like Tony Gonzalez because I think Maxx is craftier than Eifert. If Maxx has Tony's work ethic and dedication to abstract as much as he can from his body he will be a similar player. Maybe he could approach Wittens production and impact as he sits now on natural skill. Which many would consider very successful. But while very productive, Witten did not impact the game the way the top2 TEs of his era Tony Gonzalez and Gates did. Those dudes took the place of a #1 WR and commanded similar respect from defenses as a #1 receiver. Tony Gonzalez could have settled for Being a very productive pro bowler in the mold of witten on his natural skill alone. However he is fanatical about abstracting becoming the strongest most explosive version of an athlete he could be. Resulting in him being a rare breed TE that took the place of a #1 receiver and respected by defenses like a #1 receiver. Maxx has far more potential than what he currently displays. Many TEs would not be NFL caliber if they looked like Maxx. It is not an insult. It is a compliment of how good he could be if he hit fulfilled his athletic potential. Unlike most TEs, he has far more potential locked inside waiting to be utilized.
  3. Oh I know the odds are kind of stacked against it. But they do have Rashad Greene as well and may not be done shopping for WRs in the draft. Marqise does have very rare raw tools. Similar to Torry Holt. It would be cool to make a pitch for him around draft time for a 2017 pick. If he were coming out this year after his heismann finalist year, he would be the top receiver in the draft. His next year was held up by minor injuries and a terrible freshman qb.
  4. That was what I was implying my friend I would prefer draft a WR early and find a young WR ready to break out that has been held back by bad QBs,scheme, bad teams with no work ethic or motivation, and opportunity. Or even a combination of these things with some minor injuries that are not serious. Marqise is still a very skilled and explosive WR that fell behind other skilled WRs while missing games and practices. I would trade a round 4 pick for him. Perhaps even after the draft the ravens could acquire marqise for a 2017 draft pick. Look at the couple games and opportunities and his movement skills. He is more explosive than Robinson and hurns who are legit #1 and elite #2 WRs.
  5. I do not want sanu or Jones. Other teams #3 or 4 receiving option is no way to fix WR problems. I liked sanu out of college. He played faster than his computer numbers. But this year he looks considerably slower!! He actually looks like a 4.7 receiver now. Jackson will be 33 and Garcon's big year is a distant memory and he is 30-31 as well. No thanx!! Some players have enough speed to lose a step and still be more explosive than most. Garcon is not that receiver. I do agree receiver needs to be addressed big seriously!! But no more #3 options or declining receivers!!

  7. With very little cap space these problems are not being fixed in one draft!! Even if oz does pull a miracle out and actually draft some impact players, it is taking a season or so for these rookies to play at their optimum levels. Suggs will be 34 returning from Achilles. How many edge rushers are near elite at 34 much less returning from injury!! If ravens plan om anything from perriman there's 1 strike there for next season already. Defense will take a couple seasons to fix. Couple drafts and an offseason with some cap space for signings. The offense for does have an opportunity to carry the team to a championship. Joe will work harder than ever rehabbing from this injury and return strong. Keep the Oline in tact. Tunsil is my favorite draft prospect so far. He could make ravens Oline best in the league. Draft a WR early and sign or trade for a young vet receiver either established or ready to breakout with a better QB throwing to him. Max gets in better shape and returns stronger faster and more dangerous. Joe Cool has forced throws to receivers who can't get open all year. With a franchise qb in place and dominant Oline the offense has an opportunity to be truly special.
  8. Well maybe they are stickers for " hard remember me hits"!! A sticker for dishing out concussions, hard Hits and taking out a leg and blowing up a defenseless receiver!! I always said harbaugh should single out the names of players that did not win their match ups!! And ask them who they were humiliated by. How they lost their match up and ask them what they are going to do to fix it like work harder in the training room and practice field and ask them if they are going to put extra hours of work in every day until they are good enough to win their match ups. And even let the media into these meetings and record players responses.
  9. Ponder and mallet have the most arm talent. Mallet has loads of arm talent to actually be a starter if he could ever get focused. Ponder never really got a legit shot on terrible Viking teams!! He has a good arm, accurate and athletic. I don't care if Renner already played in the system. It is all about who has the most skill to eventually play well if Schaub is terrible and perhaps even be the backup into next season.
  10. I do not think Gronk is more athletic than a young Tony Gonzalez or Antonio Gates. And while witten was productive I do not think he was a difference maker or somebody that made plays all on his own. He always had a true #1 WR to open things up. While a good player he did not take the offense to another level like the great TEs. The goal should be for Maxx to take the offense to another level. If the ravens somehow find a legit #1 receiver the goal should be for Maxx to be just as feared by defenses. To often fans accept mediocrity or better than average because it is the home team player and fans want to like them. However there are 31 other teams paying players as well. To win a championship you need to be better than EVERYBODY else!! Mediocrity is unacceptable!! As for Maxx he is what you said, mostly anyways. But if Maxx can be a Colt Lyera athletically and play at 4.55-4.60 speed and burst but a far more functional and savvy player, why would anybody settle for slightly better than average?? Forget Gronk, of course Maxx wouldn't and does not have to be like him to be as great. He would be just as great as Gronk but a different style player that defenses need to account for as another #1 receiver. More similar to Tony Gonzalez in his prime. Whomnif played in today's NFL in his prime would post ridiculous ##'s!! Tony was fanatical about abstracting every ounce of speed and explosion he could from his body. Tony could have been lazy about his practice training and nutrition habits and still been as good as a Witten on natural athleticism. But he took his play to the next level. Maxx can do that as well.
  11. No it wouldn't!! Not if he knew what he was doing. Peeps thought I was juicing at the gym after about a a 1 1\2 yrs. I had PTs including a world renowned pt with more certifications than brain cells. and did not make progress I was looking for!! PTs are to conventional. Then I met a doc\researcher who insisted me to stop listening to PTs and changed everything. I was reluctant of course. But within the next year I had a model that was actually in an issue of maxim ask what I was doing and asked to workout with me. Of course she stood me up twice lol. before actually making to a couple workouts with me. I taught and researched workouts for a current NFL WR as well because he believes there is more than what he is taught by team certified trainers. Anyways good luck with your progress dude!! And my goal for Maxx is to get as good or better than Gronk!! Why settle for being good?? While He could be a 4.55 play speed TE and top5 TE or better!! Like I said he could be as good as the raw tools of Colt Lyera. But a far more focused and functional player of course than Colt. Maxx said himself he could be much stronger and faster and needs to dedicate himself to training and better cuisine choices.
  12. Fire your pt!! If I had a nickel for every person that came to me crying they are doing what their pt says and still look like crap I would be a billionaire!! I do not doubt his endurance. I just said he is leaving speed, power, explosion on the table. Of course he don't need to run 4.55 to be good but the goal is to be great and put fear in defenses with his skill!! If Maxx got in his best shape he would be on par with colt lyera as an athlete. But of course a much better football player than colt!!
  13. That is what I been trying to say. It is not a knock on him. It is a compliment that he is athletic before being in his best shape. He realizes it is competitive in the NFL and he needs to work harder in the NFL. Once he adds muscle and loses some fat he will be that much better and an elite TE.
  14. Totally agree!! There's actually people out there that think it is all Joe Cools fault. And say things like the ravens have good receivers.
  15. I could not agree more!! If the offense scored an extra 7-10 points more and a 2 score lead or better with a couple minutes left then the opposing team could not mount a comeback!! With a franchise QB in place and solid Oline the offense is far closer to being elite than the defense is anyways. Defense would need OLBs, FS cornerbacks and another ilb to be dominant again. The offense needs an elite LT and a couple legit WRs to be top3 in the NFL or better!! My humble opinion the ravens offense could be top2 in the league with the drafting of Tunsil or Stanley, retain Osemele with Urschel at center and A rejuvenated Wagner should be the best in the league. Then sign a WR and draft a WR in round2 while bringing back SS and Givens. Maxx has stated he will be in far better shape and stronger as a sophomore. If he does so then he should be a top5 TE!! Ravens offense could win any shootout and build leads that the other teams will not be able to overcome with late game surges. Jags offense is surging. Everybody talks up their weapons and QB. They have weapons far beyond the ravens. However the ravens Oline is in place and a QB putting up 300 yard games with the worst receivers in the league. Analysts need to talk up what Joe Cool is accomplishing and state their forecast what he and offense will do if the ravens get competent receivers.
  16. You should learn to read. I invite you to stop by one of my gyms. I will get you a guest membership and tell everybody else who trains that at 21 a male is shedding babyfat. 25 is where you need to begin cleaning up your diet along with the training to stay lean!! I said at 21 you are leaner than you will ever be!! I have NEVER seen anybody naturally leaner at 25 than 21. Although even at 25 a person is still pretty lean with a healthy metabolism, it is when it begins to slow. Yes your muscles are still developing and a guy is naturally stronger at 25 but definitely not leaner!! Unless he is actually working at being leaner of course. I was leaner at 25 only because at 21 I was not working nearly as hard at it!! So he is not developed as far as power is the focus. But his soft fleshy physique will not get any leaner with age!! Unless he works at it of course. BTW I think I actually paid him a compliment!! He is very athletic for his fleshy physique. Because if he does get in shape he will be far stronger and faster!! And that coupled with his natural athleticism should make him a top5 TE or better!! If he simply dumped 20 lbs of speed draining fat and replaced it with 20 lbs of muscle he would run in the 4.55-4.65 range and would be a top10 pick type TE.
  17. Ngata plays a position where some bodyfat is beneficial. Comparing a DT to a TE?? Givens obviously was not running full tilt. That would be ridiculous!! Are you really impressed with that run and catch?? He was practically uncovered!! And better shape than me??!! Seriously?? Look at the avatar there!! Shameful!! He is running hard, muscles flexed and still looks like a 45 yr old couch potato!! 21 huh?? Never seen a 21 yr old with baby fat!! At 21 you are naturally leaner than you will ever be!! Without training and dieting that is. I am not insulting him. I said if he got in top shape he would be a beast. BTW he said himself he needs to eat better, get in better shape and needs to get stronger.
  18. I do not want either of those guys!! All are 30 or older. Garcon had one big year. Jackson will be 33 and white 34. Desean is a player that uses speed. At 30 he will begin to lose that speed. I want a WR 28 or younger signed or traded for and a rookie WR in the first 2 rounds. so Joe could build chemistry before the receiver begins his decline!! I would prefer a young WR signed that has the tools to breakout but has been held back by bad QBs and offense. Somebody like Quick who was having breakout games even with terrible QBs before his injury. Then draft a receiver in first 2 rounds like Coleman,Thomas or Boyd. Then hopefully Maxx gets in better shape and steps up as well. I still like Marqise Lee. He is behind in the offense because he missed games and weeks off practices while his qb got comfortable with other WRs. But you could see his explosion and gazelle like moves on display the times he did play. Not sure the jags would trade him however. I heard the offensive coaches maintain his ceiling is higher than Robinson or Hurns. However as much as i like Marqise, it is hard to justify a round 4 pick for a player that's been bruised up.
  19. He has loads of natural talent. He has natural hands, snatches without gearing down, good athleticism for an out of shape player and a great feel for getting open and adjusting to throws. But he leaves so much speed, explosion and production on the table!! By being waaaay out of shape. He needs to lose 20 lbs of fat that slows him down and replace it with 20 lbs of muscle. He also needs to work tirelessly on his routes and sharpness. If he does all that he could be the receiving seam threat that strikes fear in defenses. He could be a 4.60 40 player or better, 36 inch vertical and 10 foot or more broad jump player that actually translates to play speed and explosion!! If he continues the lazy eating, training and practice habits he showed up at camp with and does so again looking like he does in the avatar, then he will not distinguish himself from Gilmore or Boyle who are blocking TEs. And leave the ravens wanting more at the TE position. He can be as explosive and great as any other TE in the league!! Or he could be as mediocre as he prefers to be. If he works hard this offseason and shows up to training camp next year lean and muscular, then he and the ravens offense will be putting the league on notice!!
  20. Depends on my mood, if iam in a rush, hell to the no!! But I actually did start a new paragraph?? My iPad has a virus I have to work out and is doing some bizarre stuff.
  21. Edelman has a limited but specific skill set. He is shifty with reliable hands and a hard competitor. A very complex system and advanced timing assists and props his production. Not to say he is not a decent receiver. He may not of even hit the field with some teams. As for his skill set. He is smart reading coverage and shifty and will attack the ball and like I said a hard competitor and worker. However he is not very fluid, athletic or flexible in attacking the ball. I have seen him struggle to make adjustments to off target throws. My opinion, I believe Campanaro has more raw skill than Edelman. He is more fluid, athletic and flexible adjusting to throws with more straight speed. He is about as shifty as Edelman but Campanaro does it more effortlessly than Edelman!! For the money I think campanaro plays faster than Perriman!! Would not be the first time a late round pick was better than a round1 pick for the ravens. Remember Travis snailor and Brandon Stokley??!! Ravens actually let Stokley walk to keep giving pathetic Taylor oppurtunity!! If only Campanaro could avoid injuries!! He is very underrated in skill. A younger Boldin is better than Edelman. Boldin was just underutilized here by cam. And SS is far beyond Edelmans skills!! However by his own acknowledgement he is no longer a #1. Flacco has stepped his game up working with competent coordinators now. And is getting better every week as he acclimates to Trestmans system. If SS is still a #1 would not of let him get away. He did not do much his last year In Carolina. Joe Joe Cool is his fountain of youth!! However SS is a legit #2 caliber and by far is the best receiver to wear a ravens uniform. I do think if Campanaro and SS avoided injury and the ravens still acquired Givens that by week 13 the ravens offense would really be firing on all cylinders and top6 in scoring in the league in December!! As Joe and the receivers became more acclimated and comfortable to Trestmans scheme. And Joe built chemistry with his receivers and TEs. Only Rivers Brady Bree's and Ben are outplaying Joe right now. And Brady Ben and Bree's have legit weapons. Look at the top 10 QBs in yards other than Rivers (since allen went down)the others receivers are not comparable to the ravens raggedy group!!
  22. Who hasn't drafted better than Ozzie last 5 years?? His signings have been worse. There are more excuses for Ozzie than successes recently. He had a lot of competent assistants hired by belichick. Ozzie learned from belichick by his own acknowledgement. The game has changed and Ozzie does not have that supporting cast to learn from. If not for Biscotti Ozzie would of been content to sit at 26 and draft whichever ragedy qb was left in the hat!! If not for Biscotti ozzie would of been content drafting Chad henne or Brian brohm. It was Biscotti that said he refuses to throw whichever qb lands in their lap out there and run without a franchise QB.
  23. Perriman did not look like a #1 before all this!! He never showed 4.2 or even 4.3 play speed!! The only reason there is nonsense talk of him being a legit #1 is because he is a #1 pick. And fans always want their #1 pick to be impact players. Round1 picks always get more opportunity as well even when not much skill is shown. Perriman likely has knee problems before the injury and knee problems that will linger. He never showed 4.3 speed to begin with or much route sharpness or savvy. Now he may not get his speed back. Harbaughs dejected look extends far beyond an injured receiver out for the year. It looked more like he did not show any confidence in the player whatsoever. The ravens need to plan their offense without counting on Perriman. With perriman in question the ravens need to find a couple playmakers. Even with SS another legit playmaker was needed. Now SS will be 37 coming off Achilles injury. He can not be counted on. Joe is the ravens best asset and a legit franchise QB!! He is putting up 300 yard games with total scrubs!! He is making blocking TEs look good. Joe needs a couple young legit WRs to build chemistry with. No more old WRs or some other teams #3 option. That rarely works out when that receiver no longer has the legit #1 to draw attention. Ravens need a rookie and legit WR younger than 29. Scoring more points is the fastest route to championship contention!! Because the franchise QB is in place. The defense needs to much to be dominant again!! It is going to take several years to build the defense. Suggs will be 34 coming off Achilles injury. Dumervil will be 33 and slowing down. Jimmy has been erratic most of his career. Injuries took Webb's elite skills. Will Hill is an elite safety in my opinion. Besides, in today's NFL receivers are far more likely to be found that defensive players. And an elite juggernaut offense is more likely to be built. Especially when there is a franchise QB in place!! So lets get Joe some legit young receivers to win shootouts with the patsies then proceed to build the defense from there through the draft, trades,as cap money is cleared and giving strategic drama players another shot. I like the idea of drafting one if the left tackles then trading up for a legit receiver while signing a young talented receiver. Tunsil added to Yanda,Osemele,Urschel would front a formidable destructive Oline to allow Joe Cool and some legit weapons to do their thing. Not only would there be high octane scoring but that Oline could dish out punishment to a dominant defense and punch them back in the mouth!! It would not be your typical finesse high scoring offense susceptible to being bullied. With the dominant Oline the offense could get as nasty as any defense that shows its teeth!! I would be in favor of Bosa as long as ravens trade get a legit WR early round 2 or even trade back into round1 for a playmaker. As well as sign a young playmaker that has skills to breakout catching throws from a franchise QB.
  24. I could state a VERY strong case that only Brady and Ben are outplaying Joe Cool!! And they both have stud receivers!!
  25. Actually if Urschel outplays zutah and asserts far more power and punch into the oline he should be the ravens center. Zutah is solid but if Urschel is a clear cut upgrade and injects far more punch and attitude into the oline then that puts him at an all pro level. In that case it would serve the ravens to cut or trade zuttah and resign Osemele who has played with some real attitude recently. Because it puts the most dominant players forward while fronting the most dominant interior Oline triad in the league!! if Urschel is dominant it makes the ravens oline interior quite destructive that could generate a real surge and actually intimidate many defensive lines. Yanda Osemele and Urschel are all maulers!! I like zuttah. He is solid but I believe urschel plays with more punch and attitude and will be a considerable upgrade!! That and I would like to play him at chess sometime.
