  1. So what if Sting is 51? It'd be someone new to the WWE, that'd be the draw factor, the proper usage of the hype. However, the age is not the problem, it's the fact that it's the same old, same old. There's absolutely no need to hype yet another Undertaker return, the dude's been returning nearly every year because he cannot stay healthy. That's the root the of the issue, that's where the disappointment lies. The Undertaker has been around for 20 plus years, he's no longer as exciting as he once was. Therefore, it's a wasted opportunity. It could have been anyone else, anyone else new to the WWE, and I would of been happy. Sting, Tyler Black (or Seth Rollins, whatever), or someone completely unforeseen, I wouldn't have cared.
  2. Yay for hyping up a 45 year old who cannot stay healthy, is no longer the least bit intimidating, and goes overboard on the Just For Men. What a giant waste of a promising promo. The man has been wrestling since '90, he does not need a promo for his, what, eighth (I'm just throwing out a number) return. I'm begging you, Mr. Calaway, call it a career soon. I'm tired of you, and it pains me to say it. You're not "The Phenom" anymore, you're not "The Deadman", you're just an aging old man. You just no longer entertain me.
  3. After that song playing in the latest promo... I have a sinking feeling we're all going to be disappointed and it'll be the Undertaker.
  4. I don't think it has anything to do with either. It'd make no sense for him to come on to comment on the Nexus, as no one currently in the Nexus was even involved in his attack. If he was going to address The Corre, he wouldn't be on Raw to do it, he'd be on Smackdown.
  5. I can't see Vince being the GM, although I do hope he's going to announce who it's going to be. Nor do I see him being involved in a Wrestlemania match. One can hope he's going to weigh in on this Lawler debacle, but I think that's slim too. I can see him hyping 2.11 or Tough Enough, or new developments in the GM ordeal.
  6. You were right on target earlier, JO, seeing as the WWE just asked the Packers to be at the tuesday taping of Smackdown in Green Bay. I dodged a bullet with the Steelers losing last night haha.
  7. My thoughts exactly lol
  8. DLC Pack 3 for SVR 2011 is quite lame: "American Badass" Attire for Undertaker "Cenation Gear (Purple)" Attire for Cena "Straight Edge Society Mask" Attire for Punk WCW Monday Nitro Arena I wouldn't be surprised if we don't see very many more DLC wrestlers. Alex Riley would be the most likely, along with Heath Slater. Maybe McGuillicutty and Harris (although unlikely). I'd love to see them add Booker as DLC, but since he isn't wrestling, right now at least, it's unlikely as well.
  9. This is something amusing I read on SEscoops... Honestly, I can believe that.
  10. I find it hard to believe that this 2.21.11 thing can be the Undertaker regardless. Why would he come back on Raw... when he's from Smackdown and his feuds are on Smackdown?
  11. Scored two tickets to Raw in Pittsburgh. Awesome :P

  12. Scored some tickets to Monday Night Raw in Pittsburgh in March with my tax refund... lol Never been to a televised WWE event, so I'm pretty stoked.
  13. After watching Raw, all I can say is... Seriously? Lawler? Unless the WWE has something amazing up their sleeve, this is ridiculous. Dude's 61 and all he can do in the ring is throw punches. His stomach could be a viable weapon though. Something better change quickly or else EC is going to reek. Miz Vs. Lawler and freaking R-Truth is in the EC match.
  14. Twitter should had some sort of message alert for unread, new twitter messages.

  15. Man, I have to wait til thursday to watch Raw. I'm curious to see what this 2.21.11 shtick is.

  16. I haven't watched Raw yet, but if this 2.21.11 deal is just a glorified Taker return... I'm going to be pissed.
  17. More information about Diesel. Apparently, WWE.com interviewed him after the Rumble:
  18. It annoyed me that they essentially wasted a Rumble spot with Hornswoggle. I wasn't even amused in the least when Cena and Swoggle started with the "comedy" it was pointless in the match. Not to mention the Nexus. Don't get me wrong, I liked the whole "four guys taking out whoever came out", but it dragged on way too long, and of course Cena had to break it up. Why not let Booker do some damage and not just fall victim to them? I miss when the Rumble was the Rumble. There was no one talking on the mic (like last years), no midgets and walking steroids putting on a two man comedy act, no groups of four dominating every person that walked it. The ring filled up, and it was a battle. That's what the Royal Rumble is supposed to be.
  19. Can you dig it... SUCKAAAAAAAAAAA?

  20. 51 years old or not. Giant jerk or not. Diesel was one of my favorites growing up and I was pumped to see him back, and part of me wants him to stick around for at least a little while... since we all know Nash's body can't handle much wrestling anymore. I was very disappointed with how quickly Booker went out. A scissor kick, a Spin-a-Roonie and he was gone. I hope he actually does some wrestling for a while before doing announcing work. Even though I knew he was going to be in the Rumble, I still got a chill when I heard "Can you dig it... Sucka!".
  21. I hope Booker T and Nash stick around :(

  22. EVE WON!? Seriously? She can't even wrestle and is a two time champion...

  23. I still wish he'd come back to wrestle. Same thing with the Rock. I hate seeing them making such... meh movies when they were so huge and entertaining in the ring.
  24. Still need to beat Dead Space so I can start the sequel, grrr.

  25. I know it's supposed to be an old school arcade, but the cover doesn't give off that feeling. It looks very... poorly done to me. It's mostly due to the character models on the cover, they aren't impressive at all and the cover relies on them very heavily.
