It all comes down to in past years we had players on defense that were leaders on defense ,making it to where the coaches didnt have to do much but call plays. Now that those players are retired ,gone etc., these coaches are out of sink with teaching and training and now have to earn those checks and it doesnt look like they can handle being coaches and training up these players.

As i watch Monday night football, I cringe at the fact that we passed on the kid Lockett playing kick returner , punt returner and receiver in which he can run the deep go route. Get rid of whoever does the Ravens receiver's scouting.
