  1. Babin and his tribal tattoos will not be missed. Whatta knucklehead.

Babin did command a double team, also go back and look at the tape. Both calls were bogus, on the call for illegal hands to the face, the offensive lineman actually had his hand on Babins throat, as far as the offside penalty he was lined up ok, and he shifted, I think in the process of doing so the ref assumed he was offside. But neither play should have been a penalty, go back and look at the tape.

  2. Here one right here when he was with The Patriots back in 2013 http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2013/02/26/report-patriots-got-tired-of-brandon-lloyds-behavior/

Honestly Lloyd a talented receiver but he's 34 years old and hasn't played football in months now. If The Ravens had interest in him they would have to hope he is in game shape and Lloyd would have to get up to speed with the playbook... The Ravens don't have alot cap space to trade for a player that most likely making more than 2 or so million right now and if Camp can't play before the next game then the need for a returners is strong.

I can see them simply promoting Jeremy Ross to active roster whom has experiences as a returner and enough speed to make plays deep.

He is definitely worth bringing in, he was productive last year. Trying to rely on the guys we have is a bad idea.

  3. Brandon Lloyd is a known locker room problem, or at least has been throughout his career.

So was SSS, but he had problems with the skins and i think thats expected, playing for those buffoons.

They don't really have the cap space for any real big name trade. Jeffrey would be possible if he agreed to an extension. Probably is it would still cost more than is current cap hit and more than we can likely pay

  4. So why isn't he on a team already if he's a really good player?

Hint: we all already know the answer to this.

Find me a recent article about him being a headcase, that rumor started when he was with the sorry skins and people keep labeling him as that. He is not playing because most teams outside of the ravens have excellent young receiver depth. He is worth bringing in.

  5. I don't understand what makes everyone think alshon Jeffrey is in play all of a sudden because the bears got rid of an aging pass rusher who didn't fit their scheme, and not take a loss on him

This is pretty much wishful thinking on the part of over zealous ravens fans

The bears drafted K. White not to replace Jeffery, but to have 2 quality young WR, i doubt they plan on trading either one. Not to mention there is some bad blood between the ravens and the bears, as result of the draft day trade mix up.

  6. If Camp is truly injured long-term, I think they promote Butler from the PS. However, there is no news to suggest Camp is seriously injured.

There aren't any FA WRs worth a roster spot.

Your wrong, they are a few deep threat guys on the market, Brandon Lloyd and Robert Meachem. I would rather Lloyd as the first choice. Check out is stats http://www.cincyjungle.com/2015/7/29/9067063/best-nfl-free-agent-wide-receivers-market, Ozzie needs to free up enough cap room to make this happen.

  7. @HrdCoreRaven, Robert Meachem if Lloyd isn't available, he's on the list too and he's second to Lloyd stats wise[/quote

Honestly we could use them both. Who knows how long we will be without Camp and Smith. Hopefully the ravens take a deep look at both players, they would stretch the field big time. Our running game is suffering because teams are playing 8 man in the box.

  8. Fire Dean Pees, that will be the start of the change.

Pees sucks, no way we should lose because of AJ Green, I would have had Jimmy on their number 2 and blanket AJ with a corner and Safety. Pees is evaluating whether Babin should play or not, as if he is good at evaluating talent. Also can we please bring in Brandon Lloyd the dude is fast, run great routes and average 25+ yards per game last year on a run oriented 49ers.

  9. We are constantly giving up 3rd and long . Jimmy is not playing like a number 1 corner, we should match him up against the number 2 WR and use a safety and DB to blanket the opposing #1 WR. Offensively I will say this again Brandon Llyod is a good deep threat WR, if anyone doesn't believe this look at his stats last year on a run oriented 49ers. The tandem of him and SSS would pose lots of problems for opposing defense. Also it would buy time for Perriman to get well. Oh and can we please put Babin on the field,

  10. Ravens need to take a good look at Brandon Lloyd,he is still very productive as a deep threat and would make a huge difference on offense. Defensively they signed Babin because they said he look good during the workout, so play the man, we are getting little or no pass rush from the right side. No lets look at the Achilles heel, our secondary might be the worst ever, they constantly give up 3rd and long or big plays. We should really consider putting Jimmy on the #2 Rec and double teaming the #1 (blanket coverage). No way should K. Lewis should be covering by himself AJ, A. Brown or any other number 1

  11. The coaches need to finish as well, for example we went for the touchdown twice in Denver, when we still gad a opportunity to get a first down as far as Oak poor clock management, poor play calling, using a unnecessary timeout and kicking the ball off the field from the 50yd line was bone headed. So the players as well as the coaches need to get better towards the end.

  12. Someone posted earlier that the team is too young and i agree somewhat. Not playing Babin against Oak was a huge mistake, even though Harbs wont admit it. Furthermore I am not sold on Zadarius, Mcllean or Upshaw as pass rushers. Also if our defense is going to be so inconsistent, why not look into bolstering our offense, a key deep threat free agent WR available, that was very productive last year is Brandon Lloyd, he was used sparingly on the run oriented 49ers last year and still posted a 25 yards per reception stats. The ravens should really consider bringing in him. Hate to say it but this might mean cutting Waller, I see him clearing waivers and going to the practice squad.

  13. Ravens should definitely take a look at Brandon Lloyd the dude averaged 24 yards per catch last year with the 49ers, with their run oriented offense. He has good speed and runs crisp routes, one of the problems with the 49ers last year was they had Crabtree and Boldin so he was way down on the depth chart. From his videos highlights, he could possible still have something in the tank.

  14. I think the ravens should take a look at Brandon Lloyd, he averaged 20+ yards per catch last year with the run oriented 49ers. Not to mention he was 3rd on the depth chart. He is listed as the best available deep threat WR. Also need to bring in Freeney or Babin, we need another pass rusher, even Ray Lewis mentioned this last night.
