  1. Some of the coaching staff needs to go. This team has struggled to find an identity all season. Let's find one before week 1, 2016.
  2. There will be changes in the months ahead. I doubt Pees survives this offseason. I have no idea who can replace him, but there has to be a few upgrades out there. I would expect other coaching changes as well. Harbaugh/Brooks are probably the safest of the group. I don't think it's a dark era, but I do think there's a lot of gaps to fill.
  3. Also, KO moving to LT signals to me that the FO is possibly considering resigning KO for that position, if he shows improvement in the final three games. Even though there's a chunk of dead money that would be eaten by Monroe's contract, it may not be the worst alternative.
  4. Starting to wonder what's going on behind closed doors at the castle. Bisciotti can't be happy, and Harbs looks like he hasn't slept since week one. No one expects us to win with the JV squad, but there's more to it than just that. I'm thinking some big changes might be on the horizon for this organziation. Maybe nothing too drastic, but what better time would there be to assess this team's ideology and foundation? 2016 can't come soon enough.
  5. I think KO is gone. He's had too many problems staying healthy, and will net quite a bit on the open market. Urschel can take over for him, and we can draft OL.
  6. Suggs isn't going anywhere, and he shouldn't. As long as he comes back healthy, he has another couple years in him.
  7. Feels as though he is slowly being phased out. He's a great player, but I suspect he is a cut casualty this spring.
  8. Officiating has reached all-time lows this year. Mark Cuban was right.
  9. Gotta assume the plan is to get the restructure done ASAP. Otherwise we're heading into FA without much room at all. It does open up more questions about Tucker though, and how that is approached.
  10. In all fairness, a lot of teams are in trouble next year. The Stillers, Phins, Jets, Bills and NO have some really tough decisions ahead. I think Joe will come in around the 18-21 million range, at least in terms of cap hit. That's just me speculating though.
  11. I am unsure of this as well. Assuming the same though. It's probably good to keep in mind that higher draft picks will cost more than what we've paid in the last few years. That said, I believe the $10 million range for making moves feels about right. Joe should save between $3-7 mil with his restructure. There will likely be some tough decisions about cuts this year.
  12. "Roflmao" would be the perfect adjective to describe it. I've never laughed so long in my adult life from a sporting event.
  13. The draft pick comments are getting pretty obnoxious. If you guys want to cheer for draft picks, and losing... Please go be Browns fans. They usually get a top pick.
  14. The way I see it, Pees has been somewhat on the hot seat all year. Not that it means he's going to be let go, but comments have been made about his ability to scheme and close at the half/end of games. If Harbs has another down year, he will be on the hot seat too. Something will have to give.
  15. I pretty much laughed my way through the game last night. In years past a Ravens loss would ruin the rest of my day, and probably the following morning. But, at this point, what else is there to do but laugh? This season has been entertaining considering the hand that was dealt. In a very odd way, I'm pretty excited for next year. This team has a lot of heart, and with the right scheme changes, and a squashing of the injury bug, should be right back in contention next year.
  16. Joe Flacco will come back before week 1, knock off a little rust in the first four weeks, and play some of the best seasons of his career afterwards. Bank on it.
  17. LOL. It's ok, he won't be able to go anyway because we'll be headed to the SB. A man can dream.
  18. On a more positive note -- Joe is going to be comeback player of the year, next season.
  19. Gotta admit, I'm pretty upset with how this was handled too. I think Harbaugh is extremely prideful, and has looked disappointed all around dating back to preseason. It would seem that some of the pressure has gotten to him this year, and it shows in pressers and interviews. I do think he's always had an arrogant side to him. That said, he's still a great coach and will likely rebound next year (we hope). I don't think he's on the hot seat this year, but as Biscotti has noted in the past, two losing seasons in a row are not acceptable. We'll see.
  20. Can we purge part of the fanbase too? All in all, I think the foundation is fine. We need a few play-makers at key positions, but the base for a 10+ win team is already there.
  21. Oh, give it a few weeks. It won't be us, but someone is going to lose a playoff position, or worse, a post-season game because of their incompetence. They'll apologize the next day, and all will be well.
  22. We don't actually have any of those. JV squad and glorified kick returners.
  23. Thank you. I've said it over and over again... Draft picks may work out, they may not. But wins... Wins are forever. There is much more opportunity in winning right now, than there is in picking early next year. We've already proven that a few times in recent history, and so have a few other teams.
  24. To be fair, a lot of people were questioning Kubiak's play-calling towards the end of last season. It seemed to be a bit lacking for a brief period of the season, even though it was brilliant in the playoffs.
  25. Jamison Hensley ‏@jamisonhensley Ravens DC Dean Pees said defense would rank No. 7 in NFL if you take away six big plays. "It's not rocket science."
