I'll give three reason for the sake of argument. I'll preface this by saying I believe we should make a change, and move on from Pees... 1.) Continuity — When Pees has had a full squad, he's been ok. Average overall. His best year was 2013 and towards the end of this year he had a few solid game plans. 2.) Suggs — Probably the biggest problem this season was losing Suggs. Without Suggs, the scheme changes, there's much less pass rush and the secondary is hung out to dry. They aren't good, but they could be better. 3.) Playmakers — If we had a couple more, especially in the secondary, maybe Pees D can work better. Ok, that was a stretch, and honestly, I was reaching on the last point. Again, I think we should move on, but for argument's sake... there you have it.
