so stupid to even take a chance with a career ending injury to a good player in a meaningless game.
pitta and smith your players of the game?your punter and kicker yet again your pro bowl player's? an offense that reflects it's qb.,a laid back surfer dude/ a dictator coach that players have shown by penalties the last 5 year's they don't want to play for? please don't keep a coach and qb just to say you have stabilty.i'd rather lose with a qb that shows more emotion than a house plant and a coach like marvin lewis that players love to play for and not play scared,we saw that with gary williams at maryland.
the RAVEN'S are paying high value contract's at QB and CB and getting second string value, need to dump both contract's,cut and move on.even when healthy,SMITH is no shutdown corner,FLACCO played ok the last few games, not enough to keep his job.if we can draft MAHOMES from TEXAS TECH and CB KING and bring in MARVIN LEWIS,if fired,we consistantly become a good team.
Tough- not really. Many of us fans know that we are mediocre for a lot of reasons- and will continue to be that way unless our philosophy, coaches, and or certain players change. Nearly the entire season was rather 'haunt'-worthy, Mr Byrne. Good luck in Cinncy, for what it is worth.
if we get M. LEWIS all that does change.
if we drafted RAMSEY instead of STANLEY we win against PITT.some silly, early mock drafts have us picking a running back?? i say,QB and CB.
Hard to believe this is the same 89 who, at one time, was regarded as a bad egg, if not an outright punk. Seems like he figured out a way to keep all of his good qualities, while shedding some of the bad ones. Great story, really...
thats what i think,he's still an butt, hope he doesn't retire as raven, would tarnish our org.
if he can still run with the young dawgs, why retire,he can still play in the slot like BOLDIN did.he's still playing.
hopefully playing for a loss, this game means nothing,a better draft slot means more.
with a consistant QB and a shutdown corner to go with TAVON YOUNG,not J SMITH,he can never be counted on and is mediocre when healthy, release him.
my opinion is players will play better for MARVIN LEWIS and also bring in REX RYAN as D coordinator, tired of the prevent D of PEES.it prevents winning!
regardless of how the offense finally played,it is time to draft a DAK PRESCOTT and another shutdown corner,J. SMITH can not be counted on and he really is not a true shutdown corner when he's healthy,i only hope we lose to CINCY next sunday.we need the draft pick.
the KEY to the entire season in my opinion was not messing up on the trade to draft RAMSEY instead of STANLEY.yeah,STANLEY'S pretty good, but to have 2 shut down corners all year long, especially the final drive of this game would of been the difference all season long.with J.SMITH out,we could of turned to RAMSEY as J. SMITH has been hurt his entire career, the RAMSEY blunder was the KEY difference for us all year long,in my opinion.and never playing ZUTAH in any game,as he alway's made the critical mistakes at the worst possible times.boy the odds makers sure will shake his hand at the end of this season.
i know everyone in that stadium and all the RAVEN'S fan's everywhere said to themselves,ok,we scored, now we'll let the other team march right down the field,it's happened all year long, every game except the MIAMI game.
i'd like to know how many people now would of took the trade to bring in RAMSEY,instead of STANLEY? if he was there in the seconday,i think we would of stopped the drive,in hindsight.
prevent defense only prevents a team from winning, you put a qb under pressure the whole game until the last drive when you need it most.suddenly a qb say's hey, this is great,i can just pick a defense apart all the way down the field.
should of,could of,would of,this should be the MOTTO of the 2016 RAVEN'S.
so fitting that ZUTAH commited the penalty that really cost us the game/division,he's done it all year long,he should not of even been in there on such a crucial drive.
rex ryan couldn't even win his last game with a huge lead at home in the freezing cold to a team that came from 80 degree weather, thanks alot sexy rexy! gonna be a long day tommorow if we have no jimmy smith and the offense comes out flat, wer'e due for FLACCO to have a bad game since his last 2 were ok.oh well, maybe we can draft a good QB we'll have a decent pick.
we should root for the RAVEN'S,they control their own destiny, who cares about the rest of what who's doing!
if FLACCO can play as well as COUSINS is playing, today,we have a chance.
every game is different and played different, the ball bounces many way's.we go as our QB goes and HE is how far we go.which QB shows up will determine how far we go period.hopefully the offense has turned a corner,if they continue to hit the mark of around 25 points a game,or more then the defense can carry us.
SMITH has never played a full season and never has been a true raven, atleast WEBB plays through pain,if smith breaks a toe nail he doesn't practice or play,i hope we draft a qb with the first pick and another corner opposite TAVON YOUNG,a real corner!
either the ravens get hot and win out or they don't,if they do they belong there if they don't,then they don't.
if harbaugh doesn't start vetoing offensive calls,it could cost him his job.

1 thing i never hear antone say,is the steelers alway's get dealt a better schedule, the tough games they play at home,we go on the road, didn't we have a worse record then them?been like this for years.
