    One thing about being a Raven fan that can not be questioned is we don't cheat! Flacco is the most underrated player in the NFL, bar none. All he does is win without the superstar receivers that the other QBs rated ahead of him ALL have. If given the tools that Rogers, Brady, Manning, Luck have he would be top 3, no question.
