Ok, I think I know what I plan to do with my next pick and I would categorize it as a bit of a gamble but I don't hate the idea

Crap, now that Carpenter is gone I only have one draftable LG left on my board...looks like I'm going to have a subpar guy there
Was going to pick Foster with my next pick...dangit, not many good LGs left
Actually surprised it took this long for Fuller to be taken, people on this forum (maybe they aren't participating in this game, I can't remember who exactly it was) were absolutely obsessed with him during his rookie year and his injuries give him an excuse for last year.
Fairley is interesting but all things considered I think where he's going is appropriate. Don't know of anyone off the top of my head that's left that I would take over him at DT.

I remember watching tape on him in his draft year, I remember being sort of indifferent to him, didn't love or hate him
1 minute ago, Jaybirds said:I have no idea. It seems weird considering his performance last year. But yeah, that's why I stayed away and passed him to you.
I'm guessing Jacksonville signed him gambling that he could be a #1 and admittedly with iffy results, he was still above average in my opinion though. I thinks he's a fantastic #2 though and that's what he is for my team, Norman will shadow other teams' #1 receiver and leave House with the #2
7 minutes ago, Jaybirds said:They just spent a lot of money to bring Prince in. Plus Ramsey and Colvin. I agree it was just one game, and it was Hopkins, but he got crucified for it locally.
And then in October, he actually said he wasn't the starter anymore. I think it was a lot of overreaction to one game. He did get himself out of the dog house and had a great year. But then with their offseason moves.... I think there's more drama yet to come.

Forgot they even signed Prince, don't know what they're going to do there. Maybe there'll be a rotation but who knows
10 minutes ago, Jaybirds said:Is House even starting next year? They've got a lot of CBs these days.
Why wouldn't he start? I don't see any CBS on the roster that are better than him. Take away the game against Hopkins and he played very well last year. Even if the Jags intend to play Ramsey at CB (which I seriously doubt and I think it would be a serious mistake) House would probably still get the nod on experience alone
I think House is pretty underrated, he's a very good #2 and gets a lot of trash for getting torched by Hopkins which isn't a huge deal, Hopkins ain't a scrub. He's also only 26. Though House was not the next guy on my board, just thought I needed to get my second corner

Davon House, CB
Sorry, don't want to be the guy that stops momentum and holds things up but I might not be able to get my next pick in for a bit, my board is on my laptop and I don't currently have access to it
Glad I got a very good OLB thats had double digit sacks multiple seasons already and is also accustomed to rushing on opposite side of Mack so I don't have to force one over to their unnatural side

You also have to redo the makeup where you took Penn since he was already off the board when you picked him
Thought about taking Albert and scooting Lewan over to RT for development but I've already got 6 players targeted for my next 6 picks and he wasn't one of them, so I never really was going to have a chance to take him.
Good luck with the Pacman headache, good player but that attitude is just ridiculous
I disagree that Richardson's injury hurts his chances more than Camp's. Trent was a longshot from the beginning and his injury doesn't really affect that at all, Camp actually had a shot to take a spot, this is now his millionth injury and I'd say his chances of making the roster are now next to 0. We can't keep reserving a spot for him, time and time again it's shown to be a waste because he gets injured every 5 snaps - to use the old phrase "like his bones are made of glass" is an understatement at this point.
I had literally just pegged Wood to be my next target, that didn't last long
At times Floyd is dominant and his jump off the snap is insane
With the 260th pick, the Livingston Loco Lemurs select...

Sharrif Floyd, DT
I have my two picks ready, it was just a matter of figuring out which one I think has the higher chance of dropping to my next. Jones is a bit hard to read here so I just went with him, fingers crossed I get my other guy.
Need a FS and Jones is uber versatile and has an insanely high ceiling.

WR actually, I said it was a gamble, picking you to play RB is as safe a pick as they come
