If Russell Wilson genuinely wants to be the highest paid player in NFL history then he better prepare to be disappointed. No team will pay that much for a game manager. He isn't the kind of QB that can carry a team to a SB like Manning, his greatest asset is that he doesn't make too many mistakes but put him on a team without an elite defense and he'll crumble, he can't put a team on his back and make them winners, just not the player he is.
Is there a team out there w/o a QB who would make him the highest player ever? Yes. Will the Seahawks? Who knows. Tannehill, far less proven, almost got 100m, its just the going rate now.
I'd take Tannehill over Wilson...
without an elite defense... or superior run game
