  1. I am not sure who they see either but the Ravens traditionally don't make moves like that until they are very confident the new player is better than the old.
  2. You could also try to speak with the other GMs who all seemingly has Humphrey as either the best or 2nd best corner in the draft.
  3. Why do people say the Ravens need a Center? If the Ravens didn't think they already have an upgrade on the roster they would not have traded Zuttah. It's not like they had no choice but to trade him. The cap gains were negligible so the only reason is they think they already have someone better.
  4. A couple being 6 and contending for a super bowl in most of them is something 28 teams in the NFL would take. Even in these "off" years they are only really a game or 2 worse. The Ravens problem is always they struggle to get there but always make noise when they do.
  5. How can you possibly be of the opinion that we have seen the best of a player when we have never seen him after the coaches have had a chance to work with him? That operates under the assumption that players are uncoachable and none of there weaknesses can possibly be improved and if that is what you believe then why bother having coaches in the first place.
  6. He would not put anywhere near that up for Baltimore just because of how Detroit runs its offense but even 25 catches and 3 TDs would be worth signing. Its going to be up to these young guys to take the top 3 spots though.
  7. They tried to find someone better over the years but they never could and the reason is very simple, he is a top 25 to 30 corner in the NFL. That is a solid number 2 and when you don't treat him like more than that he excels, when you expect him to be Jimmy Smith, he fails horribly.
  8. The fans can expect it all they want but when you should not be surprised when he is essentially red shirting that year.
  9. They are doing a good job building (though there off-season signings were terrible). That does not mean I viewed them as one of the top 8 teams in the AFC last year. They got a soft schedule, snuck into the playoffs and got destroyed because they are not ready yet.
  10. He's also the player that Dallas tried to get rid for years but they could never find someone better. They did not lose him by choice. They had no cap space to sign him.
  11. Because the raw player who everyone said needed a year to develop shockingly needed a year to develop and everyone has acted like it was some massive shocker.
  12. Did Hensley forget the Ravens have Webb as depth at safety as well?
  13. Correa is probably the starting ILB barring someone pulling an Orr so I wouldn't remove him from anything.
  14. You are not going to pay 20M a year for a backup and he cant really be cut until that time so not really. Plus anyone with eyes can tell you especially in the second half of the year Joe was not even in the top 5 of problems with the offense.
  15. He would be sitting until his rookie deal ended and then he would leave.
