Quite honestly, from all the Ravens picks, those 2 are the ones that I like the least.
Tavon's ceiling is probably a decent slot CB. All the starting material CBs were gone by the 3rd round. He doesn't have elite speedy and he is too small.
As for Moore, I'm not a fan of the pick. I think The Ravens reached taking him early in the 4th round and there were several WRs that looked better on tape. Even Daniel Braverman, the Bears 7th round pick looks better on tape. Smaller guy, but way better router, great changing directions and really fast.
Moore looks average in everything and it's hard to get it done in the NFL if you don't have 1 single elite aspect.
