I was actually going to fly back to Ft Myers to see family and go this game, but plans got in the way.  I was at the dolphins game two years ago, there was just as many Ravens fans as Dolphins fans

Yea about 10 of us stationed here at MCAS BEAUFORT and PI  are headed down. Did the same the same thing for the Tampa game a few years ago , it was like a home game for the birds

I seen on ESPN that this game is supposed to be the worst to watch/worst match up quality out of all the games this week and possibly year.

At least we are winning at certain things in the media!

hahaha good , I don't care what the world thinks or if we stink it up as long as we are heading to Jax 2-0. That game will also be getting poor rating from ESPN as well I'm sure. Id love for the ravens to be under the radar and 3-0 when they return home to face the Raiders. Speaking of Jax anyone going to the game , I just got a couple tix looking to get a big ravens tailgate going on.

  3. I'm more concerned about this game then most. This is a rivalry and regardless of the records or players these usually end up being hard fought.  Without a solid push from the D -line I don't think the Ravens will be able to win. You can't give a guy like McCown all day to throw, he's no superstar but he is more than capable. Last years match up continues to stick out in my mind. If we can get to him then the Ravens win this 20-13. If we continue to lack pass rush the Browns will win this 23-13

  4. The Ravens have to consider giving Flacco significantly less money when they do their restructure for two reasons. 1: less of these overinflated contracts is always a positive for everyteam and frees up resources for say a solid WR or CB. 2: Joe just isnt earning his contract and the Ravens must realize this. Alot of fans are blinded by their desperation to have a franchise QB and while make up constant excuses, hopefully the organization is not. While joe is a good QB he is far from great and even further from earning the money he is getting paid......... If he decides he doesnt want to restructure than were screwed because Joe needs a succesful run game to be anywhere near a quality QB and that wont be an option with this defense putting us in holes

  6. No one on the Ravens schedule scares me except @Arizona @ Pitt. Every other game is very winnable even @ cinci because its the last game of the year my moneys on them resting starters. People forget to quickly the scores of these games we lost. All 1 possesion . O we lost to the browns ? I forgot the browns games are never close right ? This team is not dead fairweather fans and apparently writers. I see 8-3 down the stretch with losses @arizona @ pitt. and home to san diego

  7. RELAX. #1 it's jsut a game dont let it ruin your lives.#2 This team has been great for years , its ok to have a down year. #3 Joe Flacco is not aaron rodgers or Brady so stop comparing the ravens situations with theirs. Joe is a good QB but guys like Brady are amazing at covering up certain weakness his teams may have. Joe can win a super bowl but he isnt the guy thats going to magically elevate no names like the bradys, rodgers, mannings can. #3 Its going to be a painful year, breathe #4 Enjoy the little things like the steelers losing tonight. #5 The defense isnt 1 or 2 players away from being egreat so stand by for a couple shakey years on D whether you think pees should be fired or not. #6 Firing people is not the magic solution. #7 Breathe again and exhale atleast we still get to watch our beloved Ravens , I missed the last two seasons because of deployments

  9. I doubt the Lions dump tate unless the trade bait is impressive (which it rarely is from ozzie who likes to keep his picks). White has a much better chance at a super bowl with the Falcons than Ravens so not sure why he would leave. If they did trade for white Imagine how disgruntled he would be if the Falcons continued to dominate and the Ravens fell out of playoff contention?

Our situation is tough at WR but I think the best course of action is to ride out the young guys. Let Waller start and see what he can do along with Aiken as full time starter. Mix in plenty of the young TEs and see what happens. Guys like givens, butler, brown ,brown can fill in the depth. Maybe add a cheap guy like welker or nicks ?

I think this is going to be a tough pill for people to swallow but its just a down year for a young team and maybe we need to experience some growing pains

  10. The reality is if Big Ben plays the Ravens are 0-4. We as fans need to take a breathe and understand that this is a rebuilding season , stop talking about all our past success because its not helping this year. We are a good team thats just missing some a few pieces. I think next season is going to be a big bounce back year
