Id say just on time. Itd be a blessing to get those first 3.
lol idk how much talent the seahawks have i just think the steelers dbs are that bad. But ya i would love to take advantage of thatBiggest thing I got from the game was the need for WR's. It's CRAZY what having good WR's can do for your offense. I wish we had HALF the talent at WR that the Seahawks or steelers have.
watch Treadwell vs vandy. He shows no effort to block. That tape kinda turned me off on him because if how lazy and out of energy he looked. He took more plays off on that one tape than i saw of breshad all last yearI essentially have the same order. Kinda funny lol.
For me it's Tunsil, Bosa, Hargreaves, Ramsey, Stanley, Ogbah, Treadwell although I honestly have Treadwell and Ogbah tight atm. It may change as I watch them both more
Watching this steelers vs seahawks game makes me think we definitely need better corners. Bens throwing for almost 500 and sherman is all over Antonio brown.
Another note-earl thomas has been playing awful this game
Oh and the steelers secondary might be worse. Wilson has 5 tds so heres another thought. Get joe some weapons
ya i suppose. I still feel an area for concern when he has 10 and 13 passes defensed his first 2 years and only 2 this year, unless theyre just not throwing it his way but i dont think thats the case. He isnt even in the top 10 in pff for corners.Thats a good thing, the fact that a guy can be that polished and pro-ready at such a young age is remarkable honestly. Iv heard people say that if he entered last years draft, he would have been a top 10 pick. Thats insane.
Not that im totally against picking him but the more tape i watch the more i worry about how good a tackler he is he seems to fly in too often and missed a lot of open field tackles, i also noticed that he is very inconsistent at getting off blocks, unless hes the one being the aggressor first which he can do really well at times and blows up bubble screens nicely even without making the tackle, other than that he seems to have a hard time either avoiding blocks to make a tackle or getting off them, and i feel we need corners who can tackle in our scheme (not that any can now)
Having said that i still think he is one of the best prospects in the draft and would be thrilled if we could get him
well the titans and the chargers look to be in good shape for a win today so i wouldnt lock it in just yetI personally think we win the next game against Cleveland, but on the subject of Cleveland, I don't see them winning any games from here on out after Monday Night. Their schedule is ridiculous, I see no way they sneak a win. The 49ers can pull off an upset here and there IMO, they did beat the Falcons(who are frauds) and I think they beat Cleveland and pull off an upset win against someone else.
I think we win one more game which will pit us at 4-12 while Cleveland heads towards a 2-14 season. IMO San Diego, Tennessee, Cleveland and the Dallas will pick ahead of us.
1. Cleveland Browns (2-8)
2. San Diego Chargers (2-8)
3. Tennessee Titans (2-8)
4. Dallas Cowboys (3-8)
5. Baltimore Ravens (3-7)
6. San Francisco 49ers (3-7)
7. Detroit Lions (4-7)
This is the current draft order, I feel that the top 5 will stay that way honestly. Cleveland has a schedule problem, San Diego has been awful and while Tennessee can make some upsets, they've got too many problems with both sides of the ball. I don't even need to explain how awful Dallas is without Romo.
Well at least the chargers won lol
well its true lol. I hate it too cause on his stats his passes defensed have dropped tremendously, he has 4 or 5 picks. But they all seem to be bad throws or tipped passesI hate you for quoting that.
i have to agree with his talent and hype but i feel like all this is still from last year. I heard hes been a little nicked up this year but any recent videos on him, all his highlights seem to be from last year
I really think highly of Ogbah but I find his stock tough to guess..it's also possible we could do that trade and still get Ramsey with our first round pick and maybe even trade up for Ogbah with our original pick and take King with our additional second round pick.
Idk how i feel about ogbah, havent seen a lot of film on him but i do know he has a very high pass rush productivity from pff but i dont think its been against anyone good, the big 12 seems to be a weak conference so its tough to tell but he kinda reminds me of odigizua from last year, i dont think we need that type of player at olb, we need a situational pass rusher who can mold from doom and suggs, i would prefer leonard floyd because i feel he is more pure getting to the qb and a fluid athlete who can cover tight ends. I feel his versatility can be useful although i am worried about his weight hes listed at 220-235 but it doesnt seem to hurt him against the run. I have seen goergia line him up as a ILB a lot this season on 1st and 2nd down and put him on the edge on passing downs
Hey you're preaching to the converted here. I think I was the first guy to mention him. I really like him and I think he'll go in the early second or late first. I think he's one of the more underrated players.
What do you think of the Ravens trading back, picking up an additional 2016 2nd round pick in addition to the 1st round swap pick and an additional 2017 1st round pick, take Ogbah with our first pick and grab King and Boyd with our second round picks?[/quote
Not sure id want that. We need a high talent guy right now. I really think we need a game changer on defense like bosa, ramsey or hargreaves. I actually wouldnt mind us using our comp picks which we can use to trade and get back in the first for a late pick and get Leonard floyd or a left tackle if any available and maybe another corner in the second like king or kendall fuller. At this point i think we need some playmakers on defense who can force turnovers, we have nobody feared on our defense like weve had in years past with lewis, reed and suggs. We need to find our new cornerstone in my eyes
i just put up a video of DESMOND KING on the db thread you should check it outYeah, first play of the sequence and its a forced fumble by Ramsey. Can't help but noticed Philip Dorsett, no wonder why I was such a huge fan of him.
I think Bosa would be fine as a stand up rusher, that said I wouldn't be upset if we took Ramsey over Bosa.
I thing this tape says enough about his potential
Last year but i still think his best tape. He dominated in this game and kept florida st undefeated
Yeah, King is an impressive guy and he has good size for the position. He has great ball skills as well. I like Iowa's program, too, so I think he could do well here. I'm not sure he goes in the 3rd. I mean, we just saw Quentin Rollins go in the second, and Kevin Johnson go in the first. I wouldn't be surprised if King pushed himself into the first round or the second round.
Desmond kings stats have definitely caught my eye, but I can't find any 2015 tape on him. All those ints made me think move him to safety, he looked like a pretty good run defender in 2014.
DESMOND KING. Take a gander
Love the matchup with tyler boyd too
Ramsey. Im not sure how bosa would work as a stand up guy. And i feel it would take bosa more time to get acclimated to the game. Ramsey could come in and make a difference. I just feel ramsey has the attitude and swagger that he could bring back to a ravens defense that has no identity

Hopefully Ozzie can use this and get us back into the first round and make a move for someone. Dont know who yet. Especially late in the first round its all still foggy in that part of the draft i think. No telling who will rise until then
Tbh i think ramsey would be the best bet. Hes amazing when givin space at free safety which really is what this defense needs, a rangy free safety and i think it will match with will hill. They would really compliment each other, and his versatility is probably what makes him so hard to pass up. No other db matches up with what he can do all over the feild, he may not be the best corner but he is a monster in the press and should be solid as long as you give him help over the top.
Now i really want us taking another corner on top of ramsey early and theres been a lot of buzz about DESMOND KING from iowa, he leads the country in picks and is really overlooked because he lacks the size and athleticism but this kid has a knack for getting his hands on the ball and i see a lot of effort and hard work behind his play. Just watch
We were suppposed to be superbowl comtenders? Tedy bruschi said we had the best roster in football. We keep getting injured and nothing we did in the offseason seems to be working for us. Its just a spiral downward and with all the hype of this team you have to feel almost lied to as a fan but who do you blame. A head coach who is regarded as one of the best in the past 8 years or a gm who is probably the best in the league. Jeeze we call him the wizard of oz. Im hoping we can manage to salvage this season and that means a win at Pittsburgh. Perriman being out for the year seems like a kill shot and were ending up 6-10 or worse, but hey i hope im wronge maybe we can pull off something amazing this season
I would now that we know perriman is likely out for the year. It would be the only way to save our season
Perriman had surgery and is out indefinitely. What now at wide receiver?
Awesome news had to see it for my self but a good sign. If he plays i hope they dont use him too much and just put him in to pressure manning up the middleJernigan is back at practice, according to Jeff Zrebiec.
