  1. To me its down to 5 guys. If none of these guys are there ou trade down 1. Tunsil 2. Ramsey 3. Jack 4. Buckner 5. Bosa The later of the 3 can be put in any order really. I just did it out of preference. If none of those guys are there then id trade down to the 10-12 range and hope someone like vh3, billings, spence, alexander, or treadwell are there. Im becoming more and more certain of this
  2. You know im honestly almost sure that there are 5 guys who are truly worth the 6th pick, the blue chip recruits who just stand out to me the most are Tunsil, Ramsey, Bosa, Jack, and Buckner. Its hard to put them in any order but i think thats the best order i could come up with. Im really split between buckner and jack but jacks athleticism puts him ahead and i could even put both of them ahead of bosa. I still think he has his limitations to what he can do. Anyways i feel like one of them if not 2 are bound to be there at 6 and if not then we should trade back and go with the teir 2 group which includes vh3, spence, Stanley, billings or treadwell. Even if one of those top 5 prospects are there at 6 teams could try to give a lot up for a player of that caliber. If buckner falls to 6 the giants may want to trade up from 10 to snag him and may have to give up more than they should and we could walk away with a second teir player and more picks. But too me. If any of those blue chips are there you have to take that player.
  3. Myles jack and william jackson III These two guys would immediately bolster our defense, playmakers and also versatility as we all know jack can do everything lol but jackson is a very good special teams player as well, something harbaugh loves and something that gives us even more value with our pick. A lot of people notice his bowl game but ill give him a shoutout for the previous game where he had 7 passes defensed lol. He had 5int and 23pds last year. Crazy production and he fits our mold of a corner Wed then have jack and mosely then jimmy and william. Two good tandems for a long time to come. Then if we could get boyd or sheppard with our third it would be a near perfect draft.
  4. Ya ive been feeling the same way. Ive watched so much tape on him lately and even went back to his highschool tape and his athleticism is through the roof. Im not too worried about his scheme fit as i think our scheme is very flexible and also asks linebackers to have speed. We need speed in the middle of the feild and he can mesh well with mosely i think. He would be very versatile for pees, and could be moved around to throw off defenses. I think it would be a tough call for us to pick between buckner and jack and im starting to think buckner could very well be off the board but if not thats a tough call. I feel more drawn to picking jack because of the need for speed on our defense. Bpa between those 2 is too much of a toss up
  5. Ya thats what i was kinda going for. He doesnt really show the inability to do something, he just lacks consistency at times and in shows in more areas than some. I think clarence will turn that kid into a monster, he still has room to grow in his frame as well, his lower half is still a little slim but hes a phenomenal prospect. Hes waves ahead of arik from last year, instant contributor for sure and could give us flexibility with our scheme cause he could probably rush against tackles with his length
  6. I have caught up on a lot of film on this kid and i see where your comming from. Id be hard pressed to pass on a guy like that, hes a game wrecker and really impressed me with his tape. However i do think he has some flaws and im not truly convinced on his ceiling being as high as you say. On the tape i see him tend to stand too tall at times but thats understandable at 6'7 lol. His base needs to be wider at times and he can get thrown off his feet and leveled on double teams as well as turning his back on blocks, however i dont see any of those as setbacks as he can get coached up in that area. Now my biggest question is whether or not he has good or great athleticism. He seems stiff on tape and its hard to tell if he can bend a corner. He just seems tight in his hips on film and i want to see the numbers he will put up at the combine because that will really show if he has any physical limitations. If he really does have great athleticism than all those combine numbers should be somewhere near the top in his position. Then ill be really sold on his upside. Still i wouldnt defer the idea of picking him at 6
  7. http://www.baltimorebeatdown.com/2016/2/1/10892006/insidious-draft-myths Good article that supports the trade theory, im all in if our "guy" isnt there at 6.
  8. http://www.baltimorebeatdown.com/2016/2/1/10892006/insidious-draft-myths I really like the way this article was written. Really supports the idea of trading down if our guy isnt there at 6.
  9. For what one pick, is he saying san fran would move up one spot for our 6th. Or san fran to trade up to 3 or 4 for a qb, cause it wouldnt make sense for them to trade up one spot when they know were not drafting a qb
  10. http://www.nfl.com/draft/2016/profiles/shilique-calhoun?id=2555294&id=2555294 http://www.drafttek.com/NFL-Draft-Scouting-Reports/Scouting-Report-Shilique-Calhoun.asp Pretty much sums up how i feel about calhoun.
  11. Thats what i thought before hand, but then i went back to the tape and he does show a good first step. More impressive than i was expecting yet he isnt consistent with it. He seems hed rather fight with his hands, and gets too conservative with it. I think the problem is the lack of aggressiveness. I think he definitely has the ability and has showed production to prove his case.
  12. Ive been turning on Calhoun lately. I used to think he was stiff and slow in his pass rush but i watched again and he really turns the corner well at times, has a nice first step and uses his hands well although he can get into a slap fight at times. He has a really impressive frame but he doesnt consistently overpower other players. He could probably have a wider base and add more muscle in his arms but hes already 250. From what ive heard from a lot of scouting reports on him is he shows he can do everything well they just have issues with his motor and demeanor, he needs to be more violent they say. I like the idea of having him in a rotation with the guys we have and let him develope behind suggs, have harbs light a fire under him like hes doing with jernigan and we could have a great player in the 2nd maybe even 3rd round, could be one of those guys who falls to round 3. Too soon to tell but i feel were gonna get a real good steal in round 3 like carl davis last year
  13. Bienvenue mon ami!!!! I lived in france the earlier parts of my life as well. I like the mock a lot although im not too familiar with your mid round picks, the only thing with treadwell is if our front office really feels impressed enough by him to have him rated high enough on our board. He has to run at least a sub 4.5 and show a good vertical, but if the draft plays out like you had it i see it being a choice between stanley, alexander, buckner, and treadwell in any order at this point. I think we really need a big contribution from our pick and he will have to be a day one starter, i dont see that from buckner or stanley because buckner will get lost in our rotation with all the guys we have and like you, i really dont want a left tackle, we need playmakers, so it comes down to treadwell and alexander and id be happy with either or, it just depends who perfoms better at the combine.
  14. I watched the senior bowl and all the analysts said hes been honest and strait forward about it, they think his stock is rising and hes really showing his past is really just the past. Figures you got it from walter. I honestly dont read into walter much i feel its way off on a lot of things
  15. Is he really bombing his interviewst though? What ive heard is hes been saying allthe right things. What makes you think hes bombing them?
  16. http://draftbreakdown.com/video/paul-mcroberts-vs-murray-state-2015-2/ Looks good on tape measured in at the senior bowl 6'1 202, 9 3/4, 33 1/2
  17. http://draftbreakdown.com/video/paul-mcroberts-vs-murray-state-2015-2/ Meet paul mcroberts, small school big time player and kid. Measured in at the senior bowl at 6'1 202 hands 9 3/4, arms 33 1/2. Looks good on tape, very athletic but it is small school, lets see what he does at the senior bowl
  18. Thats what i was thinking and im still looking at, we need players who have speed or just a natural athletic ability. Playmakers....the search goes on and on
  19. Alex mccalister from uf is an interesting prospect. I liked what i saw from him against vandy and Kentucky, he showed a nice ability to bend the edge and shows good size and athleticism, he has a red flag cause he got dismissed from Florida for what i think is smoking pot but im not sure, anyone know more about this kid cause i liked what i saw on tape, hes 6,6 240 but very slim so hes not standing out vs the run yet he shows the speed and bend to get to the qb in a hurry and its something our front seven needs. He seems to be a sleeper in my eyes probably 4th round or later http://draftbreakdown.com/video/alex-mccalister-vs-vanderbilt-2015/
  20. You should put stanley up there
  21. ya its a real problem, i just dont see ramsey as a guy that would fix it, maybe in the future but not now. But hey who knows maybe webb will work out well only time will tell but i feel were gonna let this group of safeties play it out, we have a lot invested in all of them and i feel thats the position ozzie will let be like wide receiver was last year. It may end up being our undoing unless elam or brooks play like their talent
  22. no i was referring to webb as the guy they trusted the most out of the guys we already have
  23. Lol ROLL TIDE!!!!! Seams a bit high on spence, never heard him being a top 10 pick. Didnt know he was that good. Anyone got any good tape or article on this kid i know he was highly recruited by ohio state but left, did he ever prove anything in college?
  24. Im pretty sure he would be a corner. Like you said webbs the free safety and we have will hill and a ton of unproven talents. I really think ramsey will play corner his first few years, either outside or slot and maybe use him as a linebacker in a dime package but i dont think we would trust him at saftey, i think thats why we moved webb there
