  1. Idk cause on tape i never see williams get much seperation. He only gets seperation once the balls in the air. Otherwise corners were always on his hips, he just managed to out muscle them for the ball
  2. Davis is faster than williams on tape. I dont care what Williams ran at his 40, Davis looks much faster on tape and it has nothing to do with level of competition. Just like tabor, his 40 time doesnt reflect to his speen on the field
  3. He has good enough bend for me. He may hesitate a little at times but nobody is a perfect prospect. His first step could be more consistent but i think some of that has to do with his long strides which make him look slow. I think the third is a little late for him. His tape alone says at least second round. To me at least
  4. Why is Jordan Willis never brought up on here? I used to think it was because hes viewed as a 4-3 DE but after watching his tape i realized he can play in any scheme. His measureables and combine numbers are off the charts as well. Character, motor, polish, athleticism, and production. Why hasnt this kid been mentioned around here!?!?!?! I dont see why hes not worth a first round pick
  5. lol well i got one for you. Jeremy Cutrer middle tennesse st. Watch his alabama tape
  6. lol let them. Trubisky is gonna need a lot of time
  7. @rossihunter2 ya i dont see many character issues unless its a DV case. kid is majoring i criminal justice with a 3.09 gpa, not great but not bad. Shows hes trying a bit in school
  8. Caleb Brantly in round 2 @RaineV1 saw your first pick mock. Made me remember his tape
  9. @BOLDnPurPnBlacK no negs from me. Just commented if i disagreed, actually gave you a thumbs up
  10. I posted a really good breakdown of elflien that may change your mind on him in the oline thread. You should check it out
  11. score with those first 2.
  12. why not elflien in the second?
  13. I like this draft. Im not a big Kpassagnon fan as others are though. Im also kimd of reluctant to pick a reciever in the first. Id much rather a pass rusher or offensive lineman. Im a firm believer in winning the trenches. I think recievers are just unnecessary luxuries and could be had later. Mike Williams is great and all but theres no versatility to the pick. If we go Cam robinson he could play RT or G and if stanley gets hurt you kick him out there. That seems more valuable especially when you could get zay jones, juju, or stewart later on while there really isnt another cam robinson type player in this draft.
  14. This is a great breakdown of Pat Elflien. He does others too. You should check it out
  15. Im not saying i dont want a reciever, but i feel like the value of juju or zay jones in the second or others in the 3rd is better than mike williams or davis in the first
  16. Oh lol. I must have looked right over that.
  17. Round 1- Taco Charlton Seems like every year we draft a player that would disappoint a lot of people on this board (myself included) and Taco is that guy this year. I think he will be very high on our board and there hasnt been a lot of speculation towards him so i tried to avoid any smoke screen with this pick. Oh and when asked who was the best Dlineman Ramczyk went up against he said Taco and said because of his quickness and polish lol. Thats high praise to call a 6'6 277lb man quick. Round 2- Dan Feeney Hes been relatively quiet but I'd love this pick. He can play anywhere imside and automatically makes our running game stronger Round 3- Ahkello Witherspoon once he gets to an NFL weight room he will be a stud. Love the player and the person, he has a very interesting background and wants to be a doctor after football. Round 3- Desmond King Probably my favorite player in this draft. Everyone here already knows enough about him. Round 4- Ardarius Stewart If there was ever a reciever who "plays like a raven" this would be the guy. Classic Ozzie pick Round 5- Tre Hendrickson underrated pass rusher. Could have a big impact like judon. Great motor and athleticism. Round 6- Mitchell Kirsch Could probably be an undrafted FA but ill put him here. 1st team all fcs right tackle for JMU
  18. No John Ross in the first round? Thats surprising to say the least edit: nvmd.....lol my bad
  19. In all honesty i think taking Cam would be the smartest move you can make. I agree with colin cowherd that recievers are a unnecessary luxury. Kinda like a sports car. Looking at the falcons, julio jones wasnt the driving force for that team. It was their 2 running backs and matt ryan as well as the scheme. The cowboys have a great oline. The steelers became one dimensional in the playoffs and couldnt do anything once the pats locked down Brown. I think it'd be smart for us to solidify our oline so we can protect Joe and have a potent running game
  20. Ya kaufusi and charlton aree pretty identical and i see taco as a 5tech on this team. Hes athletic enough to plag outside though
  21. I would say thomas too but idk how he fits into our defense. Hes not long enough to play outside and hes too small to be a 3tech in our scheme. Other than his UNC game he wasnt that great. He was pretty average vs Washington. I really like him as a person and live his attitude but I just dont like his fit with us
  22. With that kind of production I'd be surprised if he wasnt our top reciever on our board.
  23. Id probably say Barnett but i really like Oj Howard
  24. I know this is the edge rusher thread but Ill say this anyways To me theres no question where you put peppers. Hes a safety all the way. I think you use him as the honey badger and let him play that nickle position on spread situations and let him fly. He wont play linebacker and wont play outside corner. To me hes a safety
  25. When i was watching him its his lack of agressiveness i think. At 6'6 280 youd expect him to bull rusb someone or have a violent rip move but he never does. He always takes a finess approach and tries to beat you with quickness. His ohio st game though, he did a very good job of mixing it up. I love his potential but im with you. I always expect more out of him on tape
