  1. That makes sense didn't think of it that way. Good point. I got mixed up. But juice- Dixon - and west I believe all had equal attempts to Wallace - Steve smith and perriman. Completely agree with the stupid shotgun draw- results in negative yards EVERY SINGLE WEEK. that guy Dr Chao or whatever his name is said it looks like a high ankle sprain based on the tape. Ofcourse thats just an educated guess, but doesn't look good. Figures not only do we lose but we further our chances of losing in our next 3 games. Just our luck. My last bone to pick- could we move any slower? We were getting inside of 3 minutes.. Walkng to the line and waiting to snap the ball until the plsyclock was all the way down. No urgency whatsoever. Clock management continues to plague us.
  2. Losing Jimmy didn't cost us this game. I think shareece gave up one pass down feild but other than that he played pretty good considering. But yes we certainly need jimmy for Pittsburgh.
  3. Juice had more targets than several of our top wrs last night.
  4. The patriots come up with big plays when they need them and we don't - simple as that. Brady is able to read and dissect defenses like no other and make quick adjustments at the line - something flacco has always struggled with . bradys got almost a decade on him though- so maybe flacco will improve as far as diagnosing coverages and what not. Its so frustrating to watch us struggle to get 4 and 5 yards and watch Brady get 12- 35- 23 yard gains with pressure in his face like its absolutely nothing and like taking candy from a baby. Meanwhile we're throwing dump offs short of the sticks with no pressure whatsoever.
  5. It went literally right through Wallace's arms if you watch the replay in slo -mo...then you've got the deep one that bounced off his chest- then you have the dart to perriman where he wasnt even looking that could've potentially been a TD with his speed. Only guy that came to play was our rookie Dixon. That guy fought for every inch and looked incredible. Don't know why we aren't attempting to establish the run game more..then maybe we could actually get some defenses to bite on play action like we do. Weddle played well too aside from the back breaker to Hogan. Can't do it all himself though.
  6. My thoughts exactly. He's obviously salty, who cares. Take a seat dude.
  7. I know this may be an overreaction but I truly believe DEVIN HESTER was half the reason we lost this game. I just don't get it anymore. How many times does this guy have to screw us before we bench him or cut him? Our defense gets a three and out..he fields a punt and falls down and nearly muffs it. Our defense stops them again and forces another punt- giving us the opportunity to jump on them early ( which you HAVE to do against a team like new England) and he gets scared and jumps out the way and gets us pinned inside the one resulting in a safety and giving them complete momentum. I know a lot of other things transpired that caused us to lose this game- but letting new england get a jump on us like that is just asking for it. He's done it all year long - looks fine on kickoffs ( although he uneccesarily brings it out often there too) but looks completely timid returning punts. I just don't see how a vet of his caliber could make such poor decisions. Injuries are no excuse. He's a HAS BEEN and he's got to go. Im sick and tired of worrying during every single punt that he's either going to muff it or get us pinned inside the 3 yard line ( which he did a few other times last night as well, and has done all year) how much slack does this guy have? How many times does he have to screw up? Are we waiting for him to cost us a trip to the playoffs? While you got a perfectly good option on the sideline in street clothes who could also offer us something in the slot.. For those who say camps injured too much Hell send Webb out there everytime and just let him catch the damn thing. Sorry for the rant I'm just fed up. I know there are several other things to complain about as well ( the dump offs, the lack of pressure, the numerous false starts etc etc.)- this has just been bothering me since about week 3 or 4 when it was obvious Hester was not the same player anymore. Don't know what these guys are seeing but its plain as day. Make a move before its too late for the love of god.
  8. You can't help when your leg or ankle gets rolled up on. Its not like he just keeps pulling a hammy or something. And the fact that we struggle everytime he's out shows he is a top notch corner. Get a clue.
  9. Lol Bernard pollard needs to take a seat somewhere and learn his place. Harbs ain't going anywhere. Its amazing how wishy washy our fans are from week to week. How about somje loyalty. Continuity is key with all teams that have been consistently successful. A better OC is what's needed- were working with a interim guy who was the qb coach who clearly also isn't about balance. Either way we have improved drastically from last year and nailed the draft. Our future is bright if we don't do something STUPID and blow things up.
  10. Let's hope the cheifs keep winning so new England has something to play for in week 17 against Miami. They can do us a favor once again. Miami could slip up against the jets or bills as well- esp without tannehill ( even though Moore isn't a bad backup) I think Denver for sure loses atleast two of the final 3..if not all 3. So I think a wild card berth might even be more likely considering the way the schedule shakes out. I bet you if new England knows that a Miami win would knock us out the playoff and if they have the number one seed wrapped up they could potentially purposefully lose just to keep us out and avoid seeing us again. Might sound crazy but it gives them a much better run at the Superbowl with Miami in the playoffs as opposed to us. Who knows what's gonna happen. I just pray Jimmy's ankle isn't too serious and he's back for Pittsburgh. And If Pittsburgh loses next week vs cinci- even if Philly beats us we STILL control our own destiny. Wild stuff.
  11. What are you even doin here? Shouldve known you wouldnt honor your bet. According to you we weren't going to win more than 6 games so your already off there. If I'm being completely honest I think our best shot is at a wildcard. I think we finish 9-7 and end up with a tie against Miami and Denver. Miami is now down tannehill and Denver has the toughest remaining schedule in the league. If we win tonight then all bets are off and we just might win out- if not I think we beat Philly and Cincinnati. Question.. Doesn't a three way tie throw out the head to head win over Miami or is that only a three way tie within the division? I know its one or the other.. Either way if we finish at or above .500 I am very proud of this team after the 5 win season last year. It's gonna hurt like hell if we don't make it in but im gonna try to not even think about that right now. I just keep envisioning perriman foot coming down in bounds; tucker booting a 67 yard feild goal- and tavon knocking down that ball to OBJ. We'd be sittin real pretty right now. Oh well. I've got faith in our boys. Let's get it.
  12. Cant believe the cardinals made that comeback all for nothin. . 1 second away from overtime. Atleast tannehill went down I suppose- not sure how serious it is though. And we do hold the tiebreaker over them obviously.. Still woulda been much nicer for them to lose. Not sure of their schedule but they're obviously capable of racking up several wins in a row. Ofcourse id rather win the division but I'm almost just as happy getting in as the wildcard. We're so used to playing on the road in the playoffs anyway. And making the playoffs in any capacity after a 5 win season is a success for me atleast.
  13. Not true. Ofcourse it makes more sense to hope for that- doesn't mean its going to happen!
  14. Tyrod is looking god awful right now. Looks like a shell of himself and is playing scared. Bills looked to have an easy pick 6 and dude cut inside for some odd reason instead of cutting towards sideline with no defenders around. Steelers DID have a pick 6 but luckily got it called back. Several injuries for the bills right now too. Starting LT and their lb leading tackler just went down. Not looking good. Good news is the titans have jumped out on Denver pretty good. Much rather it be the other way around but I'll take it.
  15. Suggs has said he will start thinking about retirement after next year I believe. Things change though so who knows. Mosley's a good leader but he's not extremely rah rah. Weddle will be here for another few years but he's not young and part of the next generation persay. Honestly i really don't know- but once sr and suggs are gone there will be a huge void and we will lack a lot of fire that's for sure. Maybe a guy like judon will step up- who knows.
  16. We know his resume dude. Nobody is denying his greatness.( although he IS a whiny little girl) Nobody is saying flacco is better. ( although head to head flacco has outplayed him more often than not- with less weapons) nobody is saying were gonna run away with this game or that it won't be a great matchup. ( although you guys should be worried) fact is y'all would probably rather face any other team other than Baltimore in December and January. Can't admit that then you son are just in denial. Stats, records and past achievements won't mean a thing come Monday night when your guys go up against ours- It will come down to who wants it more. You better hope ole billy can reach deep into his bag of tricks BC y'all have a hard time beating us mono A mono. We could care less if y'all are 10-2 ...12-0 ...whatever. We will come into foxborough and punch you guys in the mouth with no fear whatsoever. Its a Baltimore thing baby.
  17. Honestly don't really care about hypotheticals. They're here now that's all that matters. And they're about to open up a can of you know what on the team that wishes they acquired them. Coulda shoulda woulda.
  18. If the steelers or broncos lose we'll be in good shape. Even if we lose tommorow. If they both lose , even better. If they both lose and we win- well that would just be a thing of beauty.
  19. Good problem to have. Let lewis get 100% ...he is also great depth in case somebody else goes down. If over the next few weeks ducasse keeps causing penalties and/or Lewis outperforms him at RG then simply make the swap.
  20. He's not back. Unless something changed yesterday that I missed?
  21. Maybe we are keeping plays like that up our sleeve for when its truly do or die?
  22. I'd rather see Denver than anybody. Honestly i think there's a chance they miss the playoffs all together.
  23. Very good question. My guess is he will be top back up and they won't break up the continuity...unless he starts practicing at RG and is able to handle it and outplay Ducasse.
  24. Sorry didnt see this..disregard previous post. I'd much rather take my chances at winning the division...and even then I'd still count on buffalo slipping up in one of the final 3. If we finish with the same record we obviously hold the tiebreaker too due to week 1 so there's that too... Now if Denver loses to Tennessee than a Pittsburgh win wont hurt as much but like I said- would still rather have that potential cushion in the division. If we end up with a home game against Denver I really like our chances at advancing.
  25. Ofcourse it matters are you kidding? And not just for the wildcard. If we win against the pats and philly and the Steelers lose to the bills and cinci then we will have the north clinched before Christmas and will have 2 weeks to rest our starters!! Long shot but def possible. Not only that but if we win both this week and next week and the steelers lose only 1 out of the two- then we only have to win 1 between Pittsburgh and cinci. So yes this game matters very much in more ways than 1.
