I tend to agree. Two 14 point leads were blown that night. There was one td, I forget which one where the defense was in cover 2 Stewart was all kinds of almost on the opposite side of the field that he wasn't responsible for. That's not on Pees.

I'll tell ya, that time wasting return by Jacoby at the end was THE moment last year when I literally put my fist through the television. Wasting that time ended our last drive way before that interception.

Of course not, but the tackling has to be better. On that day, we all saw why our DB's were on the street or riding the bench. If they would have tackled just a bit better we could have came out with the win.

At the end of the day Brady attacked our weakness, there is nothing Pees could have done different to hide those players in a scheme. We don't have the playmakers we use to.

There were so many broken tackles that game

They can say whatever they want to say but in the playoffs nobody wants to face Joe Flacco because he has shown over the last couple of years to be an absolute and total nightmare. Whether he has a top 10 defense or not HE and our offense show up. Take that for what it is, of all the QB's which ones elevate their game in the playoffs?

Go ahead, take your stats and regular season glory. Throughout sports an athlete who elevates their game when it counts wins in MY eyes.

Steve Smith is my favorite WR of all time. It would be a great send off to him if we won another superbowl after an AMAZING career considering his injuries in the past.

I can only hope we get him one.

Yes ...... I also noticed our team can not tackle a cold ......  I think the last patch broke the game ... I blame Brady it is his fault he deflated something in the game that caused it I know it

It's like they stopped with maintenance all together. The running game and tackling a runner is very glitchy

During the Titan's game last season I was at the bar with some loser yelling over at our table. He was wearing a Lions jersey so I didn't get what his issue was.

Low and behold, the moment we pulled away in that game he took off the jersey only to reveal he was wearing a Titans jersey underneath lol.

There were 4 raven fans there including myself and we naturally all got around the same area of the bar and one of the guys mentioned he always does that

We laughed at him pretty much from the end of the 3rd to the 4th.

As far as I'm concerned it's alive because of that guy lol

We did not even see what he could REALLY do considering he wasn't in the shape he was in while with the Giants.

This year I expect much more production out of him, he is without question a MONSTER and a top tier safety in my mind

Have to wait and see at this point. College level success or lack there of does not mean he can or can't make it in the NFL

I don't know about you guys, but I remember his offense being run by McCown and it was AWESOME. For some odd reason it never translated with Cutler.

With Flacco under center I don't see why we can't have similar success.

That year for the Bears was horrible on the defensive side of the ball as well

I was at the Dolphin game last year. I live in South Florida and it was the first time I got to see the Ravens live. It was one of the greatest things I have experienced.

Looking forward to this year, Ravens once again are coming down here. Trying to plan my first Home game visit. May need the help of all you guys for places to stop and visit.

I think Jernigan develops and becomes better than Art Jones sooner rather than later. 

I think his rookie year showed that he is better than Art Jones, Paul Kruger (I miss that guy  ) and Pernell to me at least.

I don't think we would be able to afford to let that guy go, he filled in for Ngata and it was as if we did not miss a beat. To me that says alot more than any stat any of us could produce

 

Look at how quick and powerful Jigg was on this sack on Brady. Great burst, hand movement and quickness to get to Brady. Man, is he going to be a great player for us. Great pass rusher and a good run stopper, will get better against the run soon. I really think he breaks out this year.

Considering all the draft picks, I hope he comes back slowly and the right way. If he is really going to do this then there is no point in rushing it like before or at least it felt that way.

Nothing would be better then Pitta and the potential Maxx has. I just hope for Pitta's health that he isn't pushing it too far
