T Smith was heavily critized for his efforts on the field. It was because we all wanted him the #1 so bad. We needed him to be the guy and he just wasn't. He was good, very good for us. But that play and plays like that is what has and will always seperate him from receivers like Steve Smith.....Steve was brought in to be #2 maybe #3.....but on will alone he became 1 and look at him now. T Smith put his head down and gave up on the ball without trying. That was a sorry effort....I hated to see him go and the fact that he went for what appears to be a couple million more was upsetting.

considering how bad we have looked on Defense, I don't think mixing up the offense too much is a good idea. Aside from game one the offense seems to be doing well, in the 2nd half that is. Aiken has looked bad at times. Would it hurt to add Waller in the mix a bit? I don't think so. At this point we need a jolt of SOMETHING on SOME side of the ball because apparently Steve Smith playing like he is 6'6 isn't enough to get these guys to follow his lead.

These loses are so concerning to me, it's been a long time since the team has looked this bad on defense. The season is still young, and I guess if we have a bad season I could look forward to another high draft pick and possibly a DC change. WHAT AM I SAYING? 13-3 LETS GO
