Who said anything about playing press? No safety help with Torrey Smith running full-speed against a guy who's only been there a couple of days AND is playing 8 yards out. Here comes Torrey gaining speed and then he explodes right off him. Defenses last year knew better against Torrey, but you know....we don't smh. All this is happening because we don't have the pass rush up front, blitzing is not going to help.

I'm excited to watch these 2 develop. Especially Maxx who seems to catch everything going his way. I haven't really seen any deep balls his way though

I'm telling you, it's lack of focus with Joe Flacco. It's like he wakes up everyday and is like "is it the playoffs yet? no? ok I'm not going to show up". I don't get the man but I still love the dude. He threw one ball up and prayed it would not be an INT. I saw him hold the ball and run around, and STILL nobody was getting open. The run game is not good enough to hide the fact our WR's can not get open fast enough. Even with all that extra time he had. He forced MANY throws into tight windows that honestly our WR's can't make with the exception of a 5'9 WR who is 76 years old with a horrible back. This is the guy we rely on day in and day out. Watching Boldin and Torrey torch us was painful, with who Flacco has become and in this offense we could have really used the both of them. I ived through the Boller years, we will be alright come offseason with a top pick. Give it time, that SB run set us a back a bit. We have lost way way too many players and last year with the genius of Kubiak and the run game managed to get into the playoffs and do damage. The real difference I see now is that the defense has all but vanished. We don't play with intensity anymore -See Titans game last year when Brooks MAULED the TE. That is all but gone. RAVENS ALL DAY EVERYDAY. WE WILL BE BACK TO THE PROMISED LAND MEN, PATIENCE

it's ridiculous to think that a group of people get together to discuss a common interest only to be rude. can't make comments to spark a conversation or thought about possible moves this team may or may not make during the off season without someone catching feelings about it.

So I look ignorant to you becuase I asked if we would be willing to make a move for a WR in the offseason? How does that make sense to you? smh

He well worth the first round pick he was chosen at last year, we know for a fact that this guy can play in this league at a high level. Would he be worth high picks? To me it makes sense, but I'd like to see what everyone else thinks

Apparently Sammy Watkins hates playing for the Bills at this current moment. The staff that brought him in are not apart of the team anymore and throwing the ball isn't the identity Rex wants. Any chance we make a move in the offseason?

Oh no I'd never call it a bad deal on our part, my point was alot of our depth has been depleted because of free agency. Imagine if we could have kept 2 or 3 of the guys I mentioned before.

Paul is coming off an 11 sack season, Pernell looks bad on a different team, Arthur Jones just recently got hurt but was on pace for more than his previous output of 4 sacks with us last year. Ngata and Smith look bad on other teams.

I think people are blind to what is going on, or has been going on since the SB. This team has continued to lose players via free agency to teams desperate for players. We have drafted very well, they just haven't stayed. Paul Krug, Arthur Jones, Pernell, and Ngata were HUGE pieces for us. We drafted all of them. Dannell Elerbe who was horrible in Miami would have been a huge boost in the middle with the linebackers....that's what it comes down to Torrey Smith was offered more money than he was worth...it is what it is. Right now people do not want to take paycuts when teams are in desperate needs for players. That's really what has been hurting us. Has those guys stayed we probably wouldn't be in this mess and could focus more on other positions like CB or S and of course the offense. We still do not have a RB for the long haul. Just how long do we expect Justin F to be our go to guy??

Blame Ozzie? Really? Let's blame him for how soft our defense is...for playing 8+ yards off a WR. For having an extremely thin Cb's group last year due to injury. Give me a break. Webb was OUR draft, Jimmy DRAFTED, both were great and nobody complained about them, INJURIES happened and neither you or I can predict that. Same goes for Perriman. It happens and we have been on the wrong side of the injury bug. PERIOD. Pitta has been out for 2 years now, had it not been for that then guess what? now we have a playmaker on the field. We have been drafting well, that's not the issue.

TE's typically don't perform that well their first year......but what do I know

compared to last year, our offensive numbers are very similar. the issue here is the defense.....whether Flacco is elite or not has nothing to do with the fact you want more offensive production with LESS offense around him

We don't tank, period.

I always felt no matter how good or bad our defenses have been over the years that we had big play ability. We could always make THE hit or THE turnover to turn the game........I feel like it's all gone, was it the players we decided not to keep? (Pollard) I have no idea. The defense, as shown over the last couple of weeks, has lost it's big play ability. I hope we get lucky for once and bring in a nasty defensive cord
