I totally agree. One strategy to identiy talented coaching candidates is to look at who impresses the big named coaches and experienced elite QBs. When a Peyton Manning who doesn't like coaches meddling with his offense, looks for help, input, ideas and knowledge its evident the guy impresses him. When an elite veteran qb and big name coach looks up to somebody it means a great mind has been impressed. Pretty hard to impress smart peoplepeople, powerful people and geniuses. If Einstein or General MacArthur were impressed by somebody, I would want him on my side. You have to look deep sometimes. Experienced Big name successful coaches are careful not to let anybody know who impresses him.
