  1. I was just about to say, what if we got the two best Olinemen?
  2. Whaatt
  3. If CJ Mosely wants him on the Ravens, I want him on the Ravens.
  4. That fixes things lol
  5. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7fud-imTVAQ I didn't know any of this about Trent. It gives me a little hope for him, actually.
  6. I would love to see KO stay. Now that Flacco's deal is done and Tucker is tagged, that's definitely going to be their priority - to convince him to stay despite the promise of better money elsewhere. I'd rather see them do that than try to get a free agent like Roddy or Mario Williams or whoever. Well, like I said, we focus on K.O, then sign Roddy, and after we clear up money letting Monroe go due to signing K.O and maybe a couple of other cap casualties, we get the deal with Tucker.
  7. Think about the weapons that would surround him. If we got him for the right price it could be a game changer. He had a down year last year, so did our entire team, it happens
  8. Yeah, can we talk about how retaining K.O and Justin Tucker, and signing Roddy White? Is that a possibility? I don't care if he's old. Steve Smith is definitely done after this year upcoming, Roddy White has a bit more time than him and would probably fit into our offense pretty well right? I mean Trestman's scheme is going to change, but with the running game hopefully getting better, Steve Smith being who he is, Perriman bringing the speed, and finally last years rookies stepping up, it takes a lot of pressure off of Roddy. Roddy can make plays or can take pressure off of someone else...man, common. AND he's been released! OMG
  9. IDK if it's possible but if we could sign Roddy White, K.O, and Justin Tucker...I mean, we could hold the talks with Justin Tucker for after the June 1st cuts to save more money, sign K.O and White now. And, as usual, get a couple of under the radar signings, draft for our defense to get better, perhaps some OL depth...I can't see anything wrong, just how unlikely it is I guess lol
  10. I'm positive that the two players that Decosta has narrowed the pick down to are defense; Regardless of the Pitta and K.O situations BECAUSE of the secondary and pass rush situations. BPA my hind end, BPA and need can intersect this year. Joey Bosa, Myles Jack, or Jalen Ramsey...whoever out of those three that drops to us, if they do, and whoever out of those three has the highest rating to our front office. The reason we weren't close to a contract with Justin Tucker, I believe, is because we are negotiating a contract extension/lowering his cap hit with Joe Flacco, trying to get K.O back, and participating at the combine all at the same time. The worst contracts on our team are Webb's and Pitta's, if we can fix those, I believe the future of the team is already brighter. I'm also for drafting Jaylon Smith unless there really is nerve damage. His potential is awesome if he can recover. I don't care if it's a second round pick, he's worth it.
  11. It's not asking for my realistic opinion of what I think is going to happen so if I had a choice I would get Bosa and Spence. Amp up the pass rush so much, make out LB-DE corps undeniably strong. Terrell Suggs, Elvis Dumervil, CJ Mosely, maybe D. Smith if we don't cut him, Bosa, and Spence? Obviously not going to happen but I love thinking about it.
  12. With the Frazier signing, I like our coaches on offense and defense. Now we need DBs, Pass rushers, and another WR. I'm going to do my best to hold back and not make any mock drafts until after we've signed a few free agents.

Well it'll be right before the draft after we pick over the leftovers.

I think Frazier is going to be huge, that's another HC on the roster now

  13. I hope we get a few DBs for Frazier to groom. We need CBs specifically with more than half of our defense being safeties lol Seriously, though, I like Frazier, and I think having him here with the DBs we have, maybe a couple extra via free agency and/or the draft, and an improved pass rush will really vault us back into superbowl contention. It's already kind of obvious that the offense is going to do a little better with Joe Flacco coming back.
  14. I don't know much about the prospects at all yet. I have time to watch tape but I think it'd be easier to ask. If we could get a CB like Ramsey in the first, would he be best suited at CB or S now that the year is done? Are there any true corners that could unseat Webb and lock down the side of the field after a year or two in the league in this draft? When my friends started talking about Ramsey, they said he'd be on the other side of the field across from Jimmy, Arrington having another year would help him, Kendrick Lewis and Will Hill could also have another year to gel and the secondary would be good enough, but if not we could always pick Su'a Cravens in the second since we pick so low. But that would for sure fix our secondary. I don't know if any of this is wishful thinking, I don't know if Su'a Cravens is even good.
  15. Everyone still want Ramsey now that we got the top 10 pick lol
  16. Maybe he wants to come to a winner though. OH wait, the Chiefs killed it last year. Damn you, Andy Reid.
  17. I'm all for this guy coming to town. Is he going to be really expensive? I feel like he's going to be one of the most sought after Free Agents still available.
  18. Wow. Defense is gonna be solid for a few years.

It is unlikely we get him then unless we have a very poor season. You guys got my hopes up too! lol

I could see him falling into the 20s. So I think there is more of a chance you think

I get to watch the games so he's the receiver I can study the most. Therefore, out of all the other receivers, he's pure talent to me. I think if he can put up some nice numbers in that division without a good QB, he'll definitely go in the first. I think 20's is a good range for him. There's a lot of talent in next years' draft class too. The cornerbacks are already pretty deep. But if he falls to the second, we might trade up to get him next year. I think we'll b...

  19. Just waiting for May 8th. No big deal. Anytime, now. NOW.

  20. OK, here's my two cents. This kid is a lot better than PFF tells everyone so buckle up when you try to include that in your argument. Same thing with Alex Mack and De La Puente, they weren't ever going to happen. I fought that Alex Mack would happen for so long and then I fell in love with Will Montgomery and dropped Mack. Now that we have this guy though, it's even better. We are restructuring his contract so that he's cheaper for the next two years and we might even extend that contract if he so desires so that our offensive line can stay in tact for at least two to three years. The importance of continuity on the offensive line can not be understated. Roethlisberger has had 5 different OL coaches during his career and look what's happened. Haloti Ngata messed up his nose so bad that the doctor that "fixed" it said the bones looks like frosted flakes. That team has also been getting worse and worse as the time goes on and it makes me think that Bill Cowher gave Mike Tomlin a Superbowl squad and said "Get at it." Getting back to Zuttah; he's only 27, he has experience with ZBS during college, he knows Ray Rice and Eugene Monroe personally because he's played with Ray Rice at Rutgers and Eugene Monroe must be his friend from the Jacksonville/Tampa Bay days. Put this man between Yanda and K.O and opposing defenses are going to have a problem. Ray Rice and Bernard Pierce are going to be able to drive trucks through the holes that will be created by these three and Monroe and the new RT, whoever that may be. This is also a reason to be excited for the draft, yes, because every single hole we fill before the draft with effective, solid starters the more Ozzie and Eric can go off. I do believe that we'll draft a RT though. Having a cheap, young, hungry offensive lineman might just be the ticket to the post season. But that could wait until the second round. Aaron Donald anyone?! ANYONE?!
  21. Apparently, they describe how they rate them on their website and if the game doesn't matter anymore then they give it less credit or something. So, if Tampa was down 20 points in the fourth quater with only like 3 minutes to go, his blocking got little to no credit. It's weird, yeah, but if you think about it, last years Tampa Bay team...now it makes sense.
  22. We have a little over $9 Mil left after the draft picks apparently, we have enough to sign him and it would be worth it. We had talks with him after we re-signed Monroe and he's going on visits to teams soon. I guess he's just taking his time.
  23. No! Not Guion! Melton! Lol He's going to be so much better! I don't know that, I'm not the GM of the Baltimore Ravens. I just like Melton. But where's all the news about Alex Mack? That's who I'm most worried about right now. If we sign him then I don't really care who gets signed after that cause what's left for now is depth, not much starter material.
  24. The draft is apparently decently deep at the CB position this year as well. Having some fresh legs at CB and FS won't hurt huh? As long as we take care of this WR, TE, RT, C, DL, ILB problem lol not too much. Go Ozzie!
  25. Very true. That defense is just completely solid all around. Maybe not now though lol Red Bryant, Clemmons, two or three defensive backs all gone in the first two days of free agency plus their WR Tate. No repeat for them.
