  1. There is a bog misconception about the Stanley pick. Stanley WAS a Great PICK, he just wasn't an EXCITING PICK. Some view him as the best OT in the draft over Tunsil, before the video was leaked, and he is a better run blocker. The 2nd round i think will be the exciting pick. Since everyone seems so upset, lets see the players still available. Myles Jack Mackensie Alexander Reggie Ragland Noah Spence Cyrus Jones Kendall Fuller Kevin Dodd Emmanuel Ogbah Yannick Ngakoue etc…
  2. You have the second best LB(Jaylon Smith #1) with huge health concerns over the best OT, over the best CB, and over the best pass-rusher. And all of those positions are relatively big needs... interesting.
  3. I would stay put and draft Elliot he's BPA over Buckner for sure. NFL.com has a higher grade on Buckner than Elliott. Buckner-7.23 Elliott-7.09. Buckner would be the BPA not Elliott
  4. You know, I have debated this in my mind. I know if we don't select him, we will regret it in 5 yrs when he's a Pro bowl regular. He is clearly a game changer and would carry us to many wins. However, our defense is to depleted, and unfortunately, we need to add there. With 7 picks in the first 4 rounds there is plenty of talent left to fill that need. Rice was a game changer, Elliot will be one too. As much as we need more depth on defense (all the starters are healthy right now) a talent like Elliot doesn't fall our way often. I just don't see Ozzie passing on him if he's there. our backfield is already very crowded, we need to focus on defense. I like the combo of Forsett, Allen, and Taliafarro if he stay's healthy, and even Richardson if he can actually run through a gap
  5. I like that scenario
  6. I know what you mean. It sucks. I want Ramsey too. I wish we could trade up with the Chargers to get him but l doubt Ozzie would give up a 3rd Rounder. Ozzie loves his picks. ☹️ Jalen Ramsey is not the end all be all to the Ravens defense. Just like all of you, i would love to get Ramsey, but it't not like if we don't get him then we have no hope or the first round was a waste.
  7. they're not getting Stanley... Their just not
  8. I am actually happy with our secondary. I know they are not the best in the league but they are all coming back healthy and have all played with each other before, chemistry is a main contribute when it comes to a great Defense. Dont forget we hired Leslie Frasier as our DB coach, unlike Pees he knows how to properly coach Defensive Backs. Hiring him will also allow Pees to focus more on the game plan, while also pushing him to succeed knowing that his job is on the line. The main thing we lacked last year was any kind of pass rush. If we fix that in the draft we will have a top 5 Defense. I agree
  9. Bosa's been sliding, i wouldn't be surprised if he's available
  10. What don't u get... at first there was a possibility no qb's would be taken before we picked, meaning less elite defensive player available to us. Now it's pretty much a lock that 2 qb's will be taken before us, meaning more elite defenders available to us and maybe the best LT in the draft.More qb's = better players available to us.
  11. Really big on Scooby! Didn't see Sterling Sheppard in there, maybe you can add him in your updated draft. :) Yes! I love Scooby Wright, he was very productive
  12. his press coverage and instincts are unmatched, he shut down sides of the fields. Plus he is a great tackler.
  13. The Browns will find a way to screw it up as usual
  14. That's the real issue..The Ravens medical staff. They probably don't even know what knee is in question on Jack. However, I do think he's off the board at 6, too risky. Bosa and Buckner don't have the skill set they desire neither is the twitchy guy that can turn the corner sideways. I do think Bosa is a Suggs type of player and is a better fit than Buckner. If neither is available it wouldn't hurt my feelings if they selected Hargreaves at 6. The thought of going into 2016 with Shareece being #2 is basically forgoing the season. Buckner's comp is Calais Campbell... nuff said
  15. No need for spence there, just go with Yannick and pick S, Sheppard in 2nd. spence is the best pure pass rusher in the draft, if he's there we're taking him. he's a top 15 pick who's just falling due to character
  16. No, no one in this draft is that important
  17. If only we had another 2nd round pick than l would trade with San Diego to get Ramsey because if San Diego wanted Tunsil they could still get him at 6. Dallas and Jacksonville are not interested in Tunsil. If the Ravens would've trade up the Chargers would've been the perfect trade partner because they would probably end up with Tunsil any way at number 6. But by not having a extra second round pick, l see this very unlikely. I don't think any player is worth trading up for this year. Neither Wentz nor Goff are considered #1 or #2 picks and teams just mortgaged their near futures for them. I think the Ravens are in great shape at #6, which is, as I stated before, essentially pick #4. They're going to get an excellent player that will, to varying degrees depending on who it is, will fill a need on the roster. I think I'd much rather see the Ravens try to get rid of 2 4th rounders and their 6th for another 2nd round pick. True, if the Ravens trade up, the Chargers would of been the only trade partner that would makes sense. I was just explaining to @verified. But l still would've mind to trade up if the Ravens would have another 3rd rounder though if you know what l'm mean. ? They need to stay put at 6 and take BPA. whether it's Bosa, Ramsey, Buckner, Tunsil, or Jack, one if not 2 of these guys will be available.
  18. Rams - Goff Eagles - Wentz Chargers - Tunsil Cowboys - Bosa Jaguars - Jack Ravens - Ramsey I like this scenario, as it is actually realistic.
  19. it should be "they're smart" The irony was too much too resist..... ...
  20. I'm really tired of people downing Pitta, it's his career, life, family, health, and his decision. When you don't play for nearly 2 seasons due to 2 hip injuries, you do a lot of thinking, a lot of talking to doctors and family/friends...whoever... and it seems as though he has come to the decision that he feels comfortable playing football while maintaining his health. If u don't want him to play.. don't cheer when he scores a TD!
  21. I pray Noah Spence falls to the 2nd round, multiple scouts/analyst have said he's the best pure pass rusher in the draft and even compares to von miller.
  22. We all know how dumb the Browns are, I think it was definitely possible the Browns were satisfied with RG3 and Josh McCown, who played pretty decent this season which means they could've taken Ramsey instead of a qb. The Eagles moving to 2 makes it nearly a lock that 2 qb's will be taken before we pick.
  23. I was just thinking the same thing, our first pick needs to be someone who can contribute on the field immediately, no someone we have to redshirt and wait to get healthy, and even if he does play his rookie season, he still may have a injury riddled career. I also have a gut feeling Tunsil will turn out to be a bust.
