I have just started reading the actual report. My jaw is hitting the floor already and I am only on page 7. Stunning how much evidence exists in the staff texts directly soliciting compensation. The guy Mc Nally appears to loathe Brady. What a read so far. Brady appears to have made his preferences known and the compensation is a major topic in the texts. What a bunch of dirtbags.

Amazing to think about how successful Flacco and the Ravens offense has been over the years despite the lower priority constantly given to WR's etc in the draft. I know it's unrealistic to expect an immediate impact for rookies to instantly develop and transition to the NFL....but I do think some of these young bucks will make their presence known loud and clear from the get go. Can't wait to see this offense amp it up even further this year.

I never tire of hearing stories of "sticking it to the Steelers". Just warms my heart

Actually, I think that Steve's philosophy of team building has merit and can have a direct payoff on the field. There are plenty of owners and coaches in the NFL who don't realize or care about how important the relationships are to achieving success. Steve's business of building success through personnel is no mistake and can easily be applied to his NFL team as well as in the business world.
