  1. I think I know exactly who you are. I'll give you a hint who I am now... Your son had the exact opposite reaction, because he wanted us to lose to get a better draft pick AND he had fantasy players he wanted more points from in OT. I know this because I live with him.

It had better not be my son on the draft pick and fantasy points bandwagon, lol. If it is my son, remind him that it's more important to draft wisely than draft a few spots earlier. Play to win. Period. Sheesh.

  2. I love the 2 Browns fans who just busted out laughing at another Brown's loss. Contrast that image to the endzone shot of Will Hill's TD. There wasn't just 1 irate Browns fan giving Hill the middle finger, I counted 4 furious fans yelling apparent obscenities at Hill, all giving him the middle finger salute, including 1 woman. I can certainly understand Browns fans frustration but they should be used to the Browns losing in any possible way by now. Hard to feel sorry for those type of Browns fans acting so furious but those 2 laughing dudes have my utmost sympathy.

  3. Drafting wisely is the biggest concern, not whether we get a top pick. There is no pleasure in watching any sport in which effort is ho-hum or lacking. In fact, it's more than annoying, it's infuriating to me. No athlete who is a true competitor would play to lose. In a strange way, I have even more respect for the team this year than ever, when all the circumstances could easily have destroyed the mojo, passion and attitude of this team. Sure, the 2015 Ravens have some gaping deficiencies but Harbs and the team have impressively kept the "Play like a Raven" mojo intact. Hats off to all the players and coaches for showing the fans and the rest of the nation that, regardless of this year's hardships, at least the passionate desire to win kind of mindset is alive and well in Baltimore. As the saying goes, "We'll be back".

  4. Great effort from Hill, Urban and the whole special teams squad, including Levine and Brooks for heads up blocking on the way to the endzone. A team that has thrown in the towel doesn't put forth that extra effort from everyone to successfully pull off that spectacular play. Also, Harbs chose that particular game to keep a game ball for himself, a proud remembrance that his team never gives up.

  5. I have heard increasingly positive comments about the Ravens fighting spirit despite adversity and a losing record from multiple national sources. I feel proud of our team and respect that they have stayed positive and stuck together to tough out every game. Case in point, according to the NFL Network, the #1 play in the league this week is the "Kick 6", Urban block, Hill TD. It was a remarkable play but it even ranked above another super human TD from Odell Beckham Jr.. Faith and guts is working Harbs, your team is playing their hearts out til the last whistle. Proud to be a Ravens fan, win or lose.

  6. The "kick 6" was the most exciting Ravens game ending play I ever saw. I began prolonged loud and primal screams at the top of my lungs. I live in historic Ellicott City with many neighbors and thin walls. I am just grateful that nobody called 911 for a possible domestic disturbance or homicide in progress.

  7. Well, Kaelin introduced himself to Baltimore fans in the best possible way. I was following the game thread with a bunch of other Ravens fans, then came a blast of "who is that?" By the time some fans typed the questions, Kaelin was celebrating in the endzone. Well Kaelin, I think that punt return TD and jersey #81 is firmly imprinted in our brains. Hey, and thanks for jump starting the Ravens giving us some critical early points we desperately needed to keep us in the game. Congrats.
