Let me say it for you: oops, my bad, I take full responsibility or we need to do better or maybe even, we'll learn from this. And, there's this: we're a bunch of guys who believe in each other and will do better next week,we think we can go on a win-streak and make the playoffs, blah, blah, blah. I don't like the Patriots, but one thing I see is SMART play, play calling and play design and unknown players do their jobs and an organization that does it right all the time. They (Patriots) also seem to do a better job of finding and using talent.

I see years of mediocrity ahead. I think we give Ozzie too much credit for being a wizard. I think we have scouting and coaching issues, besides player issues. And, I don't believe Joe, after eight years of experience and the big bucks he gets, gets to say, %u201CIt starts with me just not making those mistakes.%u201D Is there a great difference this year with his level of play and let's say a second year QB? Is his play any better than a journeyman QB? There are a number of people on this team I hope aren't returning next year.

I think we've been living off a degree of hype about the Ravens ability to find talent. I see a future of mediocrity before we might resuface near the top of our division. We have been living off the talent and reputation of past years. (I definitely don't think we've come close to the holy grail of drafting scary wide receivers.)
