  1. 8/19 for 48 yards from Hurts in the air so far, that has to improve. Make that 8/20.
  2. I'm sure that ball moves after it hits the ground.
  3. Cam Robinson needs to chill out with these false start penalties.
  4. Anderson with another fumble recovery after stripping the ball himself
  5. Something tells me we'd have to trade up a few picks in the 2nd round.
  6. He's definitely an impressive player. I'm surprised at how quiet Williams has been in this game to be honest.
  7. We going to see Swinney crying like a baby throughout the game again? No chance was that PI.
  8. Watching the defense trying to tackle Scarborough is like watching the Dolphins
  9. Scarborough yet again. Wonder where he will be drafted next year.
  10. Wow! Ryan Anderson with a turnover in successive games.
  11. How is Williams allowed back on the field after only being asked a couple of questions but receiving no medical attention?
  12. Hurts not having a great deal of luck so far.
  13. Not that it worked though, they ended up with a TD. Silly move IMO.
  14. Yet you don't factor in how many games we'd have lost by having Hurst as our starting LT.
  15. All we had to do was beat Pittsburgh . This Miami team looks BAD.
  16. There's no point me watching this game is there?
  17. It's because we keep going after depth guys that we're failing to make the playoffs.
  18. You'd have thought that considering offense was a big problem this season that the FO would do all they could to keep the good players on the team, not be so willing to let them leave.
  19. I remember when I first started watching 'football' and about the 3rd or 4th game I ever watched featured the Panthers. All I could think throughout the game is how tough SSS was. I had no idea who he was, what position he played or anything else but I just loved watching him play, the small guy putting a beating on people much bigger than him.
  20. When he's missed a year through injury and been neglected on the field a lot then it makes sense.
  21. It's thanks to the defense that we even had a chance at getting into the playoffs. The offense was pathetic for a vast majority of the season.
  22. So there's next to nobody out there but we should test the water anyway? How do you test the water with next to nobody? Mornhinweg has shown time after time that he has no idea how to execute a balanced game between running and throwing. We run it well for a quarter or two and then it disappears and we end up throwing throughout the second half. That's one of the biggest issues with him. It doesn't surprise me though considering he was the QB coach, he'll want Flacco to throw as much as possible if they have each other's ear. Don't talk like Flacco has had no weapons to use throughout the season, they've been there, he just hasn't known how to use them or has been handed plays which makes them irrelevant.
  23. I don't understand the premise of keeping a coordinator just to save face on having a different one every year. Is it any surprise we keep having different OC's when Harbaugh is free to hire whoever he damn pleases? How long does it have to go on before the book finally stops with the head coach? I wasn't in favour of firing Harbaugh before this season but I've since lost all faith in him. Harbaugh best hope we have an amazing draft and check downs without ever running the ball starts working. Sort of lost faith in Bisciotti too, he's all talk and no action.
  24. Don't know if to laugh or cry at this news. I said a while back that Harbaugh reminds me of the previous Liverpool FC manager (Brendan Rodgers). They get rid of people in the team that may question their authority, they hire incompetent coaches who pose no threat to them, they both want to bring in goody goodies and both have/had no idea how they wanted the team to play. Then after press conferences it's all "we showed character", "we have to play like we're (whatever team) players", "we can do better" etc. etc.
  25. It's such bad preparation on our part to not bring in a really good wide receiver to get used to the system for when SSS did retire. Now he's gone and we're wondering where to go next.
