Some of his deficiencies will take many reps in practice to fix. But enough of his technique could be upgraded to play RT week one and do an ok job while steadily getting better.
Lewis I believe could play RT eventually and play respectable. However I do agree with Harbaugh that Lewis is going to be a pro bowl caliber guard. Lewis is one of top breakout candidates. I'm not sure how old Lewis is. But maybe he is younger than thought? Harbaugh said he grew and is bigger and stronger. And has an intense desire to be great. And promised to be a pro bowl level guard. He looked bigger in that article pic. Young and Definitely looks like he is not done growing yet. Lewis really understands blocking positioning and angles very natural.
I like Lamp better but Cam has upside. He could be an all pro guard or even Tackle once he irons out his flaws. He is so naturally strong. And he has the balance to better his movement skills. Stanley Lewis and Cam are some really good building blocks. When Cam plays Barnett in the NFL. He will yield a different result when his technique catches up to Barnett's.
Lamp is one of my favorite players in the draft. This guy is going to be a stud and is extremely versatile. He can play every position along the line and may even be our future center. He isn't the player I picked in this poll, but he's definitely up there with one of my favorites.

Hard to really analyze this since the only top receivers Ozzie has drafted since we drafted Flacco are Smith and Perriman. Smith was a 2nd rounder that imo played pretty well for us. Perriman has an opportunity to be very good if not better, but we will know more in the next couple years.

Do you realize that this forum is in the English language. You should learn that first before trying to understand the salary cap, which you clearly do not.

A lifetime QB rating of 84% for a ten year starter is AWFUL! You can see how bad Pathetic Joe and Self Righteous John have been since Lewis retired. You can make every excuse in the book you want for these two, but it doesn't change the facts.
I agree with bigcat that you don't know the difference between a good qb and a bad qb. If you think qb rating determines good and bad you are sadly mistaken. QB rating is far from the be all end all. Flacco has the best won lost record for any qb in away games in the playoffs and he is clutch. If our defense could have made those stops we would have been in the playoffs and most likely the championship game again.
he had a down year this year, mostly due to his brace. He will be back next season and so will the Ravens.

The Ship thing probably was a joke however based on your opinions I stick with what they decide.
20 hours ago, bigcatfrank1 said:as far as receivers I think the Ravens big board rating looks like this order-
Corey Davis, Mike Williams, OJ Howard, then John Ross. I cannot see a #4 man on the position list being selected when the likes of top Edge and CB even RB may be there at 16.
Edge- Garrett -THomas- Barnett- Allen- Charlton all have position in the top 20
OL- Ramczyk is worth a look
CB/S- Lattimore, Adams, Hooker, Humphry, Wilson, Peppers, Conley top 20
the long shot- RB- Fournette and lastly Dalvin Cook,
Now I didnt put in the 2 QB's that look to go early, so there could be 2 more wild cards.
I would put Roddddddddwess somewhere at the end of that pack. Someone is going to be there.it could be Ross, Charlton, Conley, Ram and Cook out of those who do you pick?
I think I would take Dalvin Cook, my order is Cook, Ram, Ross, Conley Charlton at that point
I really like Barnett, Humphrey or Williams but I see them as real long shots.
Let's not forget Cam Robinson or Forest Lamp. There are rumors floaring out there because of the connections Ozzie has with Alabama that we are interested in Robinson at RT. I would prefer Forest Lamp or Ramczyk to Robinson.
I'm still waiting for the shutting down of these board to be a bad early April fools day joke.. Big mistake from the front office.
I have two issues with taking Ross at 16. First he always seems to be getting injured. The second issue is imo he won't be the bpa at that point. What Edge or CB is going to be available at that spot.
I love cruising and I don't get sea sick, but I'm assuming some of the players will be sick and not able to practice. I'm not sure this is a good thing or not. I do see the benefits though.

We would probably get a 4th for him, but if he plays lights out this year, it could happen. I'd like to have him for this year.

A 3rd would be the least that I would take, because we have a decent chance of landing a 3rd as a comp pick in the 2019 draft and still have him in the field this year on the cheap. I'd rather keep him, but that's me.

His level of effort when the play is nearing its end is questionable, and he slows down when facing double teams, but the flashes are impressive. He's explosive, twitchy, uses his height to gain advantage in leverage battles, has a plan of attack when facing OTs as far as counter-moves go, and he has an extensive range of moves. He could develop into a solid situational pass rusher and perhaps may challenge for a starting role down the road.
I do believe this is a good place for price. Even though he is very inconsistent with his effort at times, I feel with the right coaching and motivation, coaches can put him in the position to succeed. Good pick.

I'll have to think real hard on that. Maybe if you send me your 9th rounder also in the 2020 draft

Perriman was healthy throughout college. He has had one fluke injury, Ross is the definition of injury prone. that being said, his talent is off the charts good. Yes, he isn't a great route runner, but that can be taught. He's a big play waiting to happen, but he isn't thetyoe of wr we are looking for.
