We can agree to disagree on that.  If there were no good reason, then they wouldn't be shutting it down.

I will agree that it was a great place to bring Ravens fans together.  The site isn't going away.  Just the forums are.

Cost will be there reason, but bringing good fans together for civil conversation should trump that.

Yeah it may be the Forum Mock. I mean, we've seen prices escalate there like in real life now and some of these trades now...wow. I'm thinking that's it.

The Best Forum Mock on the net.  Oh yeah, there are others, but none are run as well.  first most forum mocks only have the draft and some trades, but I've never seen one that includes free agency and salary cap.   It will continue on whatever board we end up using.

BTW, when is sign up for Draft a Franchise!

I could be wrong here but I recall it being true that if you miss a certain period of time then that year won't count towards FA. Therefore delaying the player's entry into the FA pool.  This is why Jensen was an RFA this year and most notably applied to WR Josh Gordon.  It may even apply to Perriman due to the time he missed as a rookie.

You are not wrong on this point.  This is absolutely correct.

Torrey as a rookie still put up better numbers than Perriman did in his first active year. Just sayin'. And Perriman was supposedly more well-rounded with better hands. What gives?

And how many training camps has Perriman has?  This plays a difference and I'm sure with a training camp last year he gets utilized more often.

Nico Siragusa is starter material...Dude is a beast, who played every game that he was eligible in college. Look at his stats(or game film), he is not only a piledriver, but extremely durable to boot. I could easily see him starting at LG, and moving Alex Lewis to RT.(remember, Lewis played tackle in college, so not such a big transition for him.) As far as center, I wonder that Mangold and the Raven's don't have a handshake deal that he signs after June 1st. We'll have to wait and see...

Siragusa could also play some center, but I do see him at LG and moving Lewis out to RT, his more natural position.

    Hmmmm

@Cville-Raven I did not trip him, it's not true, It's BS I did not trip him I did not. Oh hai Mark.

Outside of that I think they play the game right. I can't stand them though. They have just as many rings as we do post 2000 so they need to shut up about having the most rings lol.

Re rings I see your point, but put that on the other foot and we were the ones with the most rings ...........

I don't like the steelers.. But they play the game right. They play hard, they play fair, they develop guys right. I didn't like their draft(Watt and Schuster are overrated. Though I like Connor), but am certainly glad they like our draft :P.

I can't stand the Steelers, but I do respect them, if you know what I mean.  Most of the time they play fair, although the infamous 'trip' wasn't an accident.  Total belichick move

Thanks you for posting this.  I'm so psyched and I'm not sure which of our picks in the first three rounds is going to be the best.  I believe Williams, Bowser and Humphrey has an excellent chance to be a stud and I went back and watched more tape on Wormley and feel he will fit well as a 5 t in the Ravens system with the ability to move inside in nickel.

i believe all of the 2nd and 3rd rounders will have a significant role in our defense.  It wouldn't surprise me if Williams starts this year in Dumervilles spot day 1.

How may days for the season to start....

Honestly I think the Ravens are still a year from having a legitimate shot at getting another super bowl. I think the defense is ready to go but the offense is going to need another offseason to get the talent in there. Should be real fun after that though

I agree, but feel we will contend and have a shot at making the playoffs.  I have us at 9-7 and a wild card spot and if the cards fall right we could end up 10-6

Yet Wallace is still probably one of the ten fastest players in the league. Maxx still has a high ceiling, not his fault that he got hurt/Marc Trestman is a moron

Agreed, and if you go back to his rookie season, he was starting to come on at the end of the season.  I have high hopes with Maxx.

  12. I would have liked a receiver in one of the earlier rounds, but just as @jboy said, I'm glad they didn't reach on any WRs.  Ive been a big fan of Marlon Humphrey for the past couple months.  He along with Lattimore, Sidney Jones and Tre White were my fav cb.  I'm stoked we landed both Bowser and Timmy Williams.  I also believe Wormley was a good value at 74.

Day 3 received a couple good picks on the ol.  I think Siragusa will get s look at center as well and Lewis will be moved out to right tackle.  Anayway, I give this draft a b to b+.
