There are at least 3 players who will be picked in top 15 come draft day and still on the board here.
I have 3 on my board as well
I messaged him earlier but I don't think he's been around.
it may be a good idea for everyone to PM there facebook accounts so we can set up a group for FA and draft day.
I wouldn't have traded down if Leonard Williams was there at #5. Once he was gone it made sense for me to move down. I didn't think I would have come one pick away from landing Beasley. I'm happy with Shane Ray, but Beasley at that point would have been an absolute steal.
* Picks up Draft Board*
This was me after Vic Beasley was drafted with the number 11 pick.

we haven't had a trade in 3 hours. I hear the Ravens want to trade up.
This is a guy who's tape won't tell the whole story when he's a pro. His potential to be a great player is through the roof
Yeah, I wouldn't complain if the Ravens picked Dupree. That being said, there are many other players I hope the Ravens.
Don't get me wrong, I think he is a very good player, hence why I have him as my #2 edge player in this years draft. I think he will have a good career in the NFL, and I very much understand where you are coming from regarding BPA - it is the same thing I did and will do during the draft, I also understand the statement about why you did not draft an interior guy. But I don't know how effective Ray will be in a 3-4. Personally I like him more in a 43 because of his lack of awareness in coverage and his strange unnatural movement in space, but if you can envision him having a better career in a 3-4 I completely agree that he probably was BPA
I def liked your fouler pick. If we hadn't made the trade I would have picked Shelton. It would have helped the skins D to have a true nose tackle.
The redskins could use a pass rushing duo.
big reason why I took Ray at that spot. Rak was never the pass rusher he was supposed to be. He should have stayed in a 4-3, but had nothing better than an average bull rush. Big reason why he kept tearing his pec.
I can't believe Strong went so early. Like Brown also, but feel that was early also. Everyone has a different board though.
My #2 edge player, but I don't know if he is able to play as a 3-4 OLB, he is best suited as a End in my opinion
In the NFL he'll be a better 3-4 OLB than a 4-3 end. Fully expect him to be an excellent player. Wouldn't have taken him at 5, but at 12 he's value. You have to take into account bpa - needs formula valuation. Also take into account the strength of the draft at each position. Will you be better taking an OLB now and a OT/G later or an OT now and OLB later. What is going to make the team better.
Now if KC took receiver, I would have landed who I wanted at that position!
I am not sure about Ray as well
I'm just staying true to my draft board. Top 11 were off the board and he was my 12th best player based on a bpa.
Early WR run
yeah, hopefully we don't have 3 WR gone in the first 7 picks in the real draft. It certainly wouldn't bode well for the Ravens.
I now have an awfully long wait until pick 30 in the 3rd round...
take a nap
Thanks God Vinny Cerrato, Bruce Allen or Shanahan isn't drafting because the Skins have 5 picks in the first 2 rounds. Of course with them, they never would have ended up with 5 picks, they'd be lucky enough to have 2.
As mentioned earlier, the Redskins have the 5th pick up for trade.
Joke's on you, I don't have any friends.
you could have picked some up in FA. Since you didn't you'll need to draft some.
Very weak on the right side, but there is the draft.
correct. Currently the players will most likely be depth. Do you consider Ryan Harris better than Ijalana?
Current Skins OL.
LT: Trent Williams
LG: Shawn Lauvao
C: Kory Lichtensteiger
RG: Spencer Long
RT: Ryan Harris
wow...
never?
Nope. George Allen was always trading picks for veterans and Beathard did the same with Gibbs first go around. In all fairness, the NFL was much different back then and this was more common. There was no salary cap and salaries were much lower.
15 draft picks to work with after the compensatory ones are accounted for. I guess we're going even younger this year.
I have 4 in the first two rounds. Tell me the last time the Redskins had that many picks in the first two rounds.
Not to mention that there are people around here who seem to understand the process of building and maintaining an NFL franchise better than highly paid managers in at least 3-4 current teams.
no kidding. One of them is the Washington Redskins or atleast until they hired Scot McLoughan. Now Snyder needs to be locked in a cell and someone should throw away the key.
Thanks. Lots of people put a bunch of work in. Group process.
How many years has it been going on?
As a newbie, I have to say this Mock Draft, Free agency auction, combo is a very well organized game. Other mock drafts that I've been involved in were only the draft. It didn't include Free agency with a salary cap of each team to boot.
Whoever organized this did an extremely good job.
Still very willing to move pick 15 for a relatively cheap WR or DT.
Are you interested in Roberts, Djax or Garcon? Obviously Roberts wouldn't be for pick 15. lol
