Any chance we try to get Brandon Flowers?

Say we get Marshall. The WR core would be... Marshall, Wallace, Perriman, Moore, and Camp. Would be have room to maybe sign Cruz or someone else decent? Cruz and Marshall with our current core would be amazing.

How much do we think Marshall, Garcon, and Cruz would get a year? I want 2 out of 3 of them, plus Wallace on a pay cut, if that's possible.

What about Victor Cruz? I know his health is an issue but he does have some gas still left in the tank. Maybe getting him and another vet like Torrey, Marshall, or Garcon? Having Perriman, Moore, Camp, and then 2 out of Wallace and the ones above plus a rookie wouldn't be too bad. Money would be the issue though.

Who COULD/SHOULD we realistically sign? For WRs: Desean Jackson, Terrell Pryor, Kenny Britt, Vincent Jackson, Alshon Jeffery, Pierre Garcon, Anquan Boldin, Brandon LaFell, Michael Floyd, Ted Ginn Jr, Torrey Smith (cut?) For CBs: Trumaine Johnson, Brandon Carr, Prince Amukamara, Captain Munnerlyn, Stephon Gilmore, Morris Claiborne, DJ Hayden. For S: Mike Adams, Jahleel Addae, Barry Church, Tony Jefferson, Donte Whitner, Roman Harper.

B. Williams - 50% he's gone (pray for hometown discount) R. Wagner - 60% he's gone (pray for hometown discount) K. Juice - 30% he's gone - good weapon, should re-sign L. Guy - 20% he's gone - cheap, should re-sign L. Webb - 90% gone unless he takes a pay cut, then 30% M. Wallace - 20% gone. (I'm really opposed to cutting him) - Wouldn't hurt to ask him to take a paycut J. Zuttah - 75% gone unless he takes a pay cut, then 30% K. Aiken - 80% he's gone. He wants more playing time. D. Pitta - 60% gone unless he takes a paycut, then 30% B. Watson - 40% gone. I like him. Wouldn't hurt to ask him to take a paycut S. Wright - 50% gone unless he takes a paycut, then 10% A. Levine - 30% gone. Should re-sign I'm sure I'm missing some, but these are approximations in my opinion.

I expected us to make the playoffs, and despite finishing 8-8, the Ravens were a few plays from making it in. Mosleys fumble and ABs reach both come to mind. There's a lot of reasons that they came up short, but there's a lot to take from this season. The Ravens are a playoff caliber team, and a few quality additions can make them serious contenders. They aren't at that point now, but they very well could be next season. I know I won't count them out, that's for sure.

Good for them. I guarentee almost every team in the league would settle for six cracks at a superbowl out of 9 years. The Ravens need to do better, and firing Harbs won't be the way to do that in my personal opinion.

It's all about perspective. 6 or 9 isn't bad. Plus each of those 6, we won at least 1 playoff game. And we're a few plays away from appearing in more than 1 superbowl. Sure we haven't played to what we should, but I believe in Harbaugh as our couch moving forward.

Changed it to satisfied. Happy didn't sound right. I think they both deserved another year, but I'm not satisfied with how they did their job this year.

Can there be an option in the poll for "Satisfied we retained both, but I'm not satisfied with them"?

I feel like I've always been an optimist, but I like Harbaugh. Personally, I feel that a lot of people on here overreact a little, some a lot. This year didn't end the way we hoped, and the only people to blame are ourselves. There are a lot of positives to take out of this season, and there are a lot of negatives too. Next season, the Ravens will be fighting it out the last few weeks, trying to make the playoffs, which is my expectation. As long as the Ravens finish at 9-7 or better, I honestly don't see Harbaugh getting fired. Playoffs or bust may be a little but of an exaggeration in my opinion, but who knows. As long as I see the Ravens fighting, competing, and believing in each other, then I'm satisfied. The Ravens are a mentally strong team thanks to Harbaugh. Whatever happens, happens. We will see tough wins and losses. We will see aggressive calls, smart calls, risky calls, bad calls, etc. That's football. This is a team sport. Now there's a lot for this team to do before I call them playoff ready, but I believe that they will make the best roster they can, and go into next season ready to win. There's a lot I could go into detail about, but this is an overview. Call me crazy or agree, but that's how I feel.

So right now.... Offensively... - O-line has 3 secured spots (Stanley, Lewis, Yanda), and 2 in question (Wagner, Zuttah). We need a C and RT or LG. - QB spot is secured (Flacco), while a backup is a needed. FA QB's include Josh Johnson, Matt Cassel, Ryan Mallett, Geno Smith, Mike Glennon, Christian Ponder. The Ravens could go with one of them, or try to draft a QB and develop him, or do both. - RB looks good with Dixon and West, but a third back could make a pretty intimidating trio. Maybe they're on the roster already? If so, step up or be cut. I think drafting one is a possibility. FA RB's include Danny Woodhead, DeAngelo Williams, Darren McFadden, Chris Johnson, Eddie Lacy, Tim Hightower, and Jacquizz Rodgers. A few of these FA's are tempting, but I'm satisfied with what the Ravens have now as long as they find an efficient third back. - WR spots are Perriman, Wallace, Moore, and Campanaro. We need a possesion WR for sure. FA WR's include DeSean Jackson, Anquan Boldin, Alshon Jeffery, Pierre Garcon, Vincent Jackson, Kenny Britt, Ted Ginn Jr., and a lot more. I wouldn't mind bringing in Boldin, Jeffery, or Garcon. - TE spots are Pitta, Watson, Williams, Crockett, and Boyle. Pitta and Watson could be cut or asked to take a paycut. I wouldn't mind keeping them though. Crockett, Williams and Boyle are young with a lot of potential. - FB spot is open at the moment. I think we bring back Juice though. I thought he was efficient for us as well as a hidden weapon for the offense.

- I think Juice and Wagner stay. Juice is a good blocker and has done good in open space. Wagner proved his worth towards the end of the season and I think it's really important to keep him. - Aiken leaves for a better opportunity to start. B. Williams leaves after the Ravens are outbid. I want him back, but he's just too much. -Draft a CB early, along with a pass rusher. I could see us getting an O-lineman at some point in the middle of the draft. Also, signing a decent veteran QB or drafting one would be a good idea. - Veteran QBs available: Josh Johnson (with us before season began), Ryan Mallett (mabe we resign, but I think he searches for starting gig), Geno Smith, Brian Hoyer, Mike Glennon, Christian Ponder. Personally, I say we try to retain Mallett, then go for Johnson or Glennon. - I'm not sure what free agents will be available for us, but I'm hoping we can get a decent CB along with one in the draft. I wouldn't mind signing a veteran pass rusher, although we should look to get younger and faster. - I like our RB situation with West and Dixon. If West is a FA, resign him. Keep Stephen Houston as a third back/ returner? - Find a way to keep Orr.

There's a free agent rule or something that applies by adding him to the roster. I can't remember exactly, but It was a smart move.

Biggest things not in order... 1. Playcalling: I like aggressive playcalling, but we weren't smart about it. Running the ball was effective, but way to predictable a lot of the time. The occasional pitch play was nice, but most runs were up the middle or right into the defense. I think more weak side runs or stretch running plays would've helped take some pressure off the passing game. Passing calls were pretty bad. Many routes has receivers stopping and changing direction at bad angles or they didn't open up the field at all. Plus, we didn't adjust well at all. 2. In-game decisions: I liked some of Harbaughs aggressive decisions, but they didn't pay off. They really came back to haunt us. Mosley's decision to stretch for the endzone on his interception was probably the worst of all. He doesn't fumble, and we most likely win that game and are playing for a playoff spot this week. Jernigan's decision to return the fumble was okay, but he didn't protect the ball at all. He would've been better going down. There's a lot of examples to go over, but football IQ is something we need to do better with. 3. Prevent Defense in the 4th Quarter. Look at both of the Steelers games. We needed to get stops at the end of games. 4. Lack of a pass rush. This can be fixed, but it really helped extend drives for the other team. There's more reasons, but these are what came to mind.

Harbaugh signed beyond 2017! As many of you may disagree, I like this. There's a lot of work to be done, but nothing some smart decisions can't handle.

John is here to stay. No playoffs next year, then I'd say there's a good chance he's gone, but he's getting at least 1 more year. I like John. He isn't perfect and needs to improve on decision making, but he's good and makes this team grind with every ounce of fight it has. While Marty and Pees may deserve another year, I don't want them back.

So for the heck of it, say we win out and go 10-6. It's almost guarenteed that we'd play the Dolphins in the Wild-Card round, then either the Chiefs or Raiders. I really think the easiest and most preferred route would be to play the Dolphins and then Raiders. Both would have backup QBs in, and both would be teams that our offense did good against earlier this season. I think our D could feast against these teams too, especially if Jimmy is back by then. I think it's the easiest route to the AFC Championship, most likely in New England. I think the most realistic route would be the Dolphins in the WC round, then the Chiefs in the Divisional round, and then the Pats in Foxborough for the AFC Championship. I think the Chiefs game would be low scoring, with 2 good D's fighting it out. But what do you all think is our easiest/most realistic/preferred path to Foxborough and/or SB 51?

We win out, and the Chiefs beat the Broncos OR the Raiders beat the Broncos next week. This eliminates the Steelers from playoff contention. Also, this means that we should play the Dolphins in the first round of the Playoffs.
